Edelweiss is a great 3/2 with a little German atmosphere on a quiet enjoy the scenery on Cherry Log Mountain and along the Benton McKaye Trail that flows throughout the mountain. The living area features a wood-burning fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and a queen sleeper sofa . The dining area has seating for 6 people and the open kitchen has everything you need to create a gourmet meal. This was a lovely cabin to stay in loved the layout of it. Especially the playroom in the basement for the children. They had so many activity for the kids down there for them to do. It was very quiet and relaxing. It had all the convenience of home. I'm just sorry we didn't rent it for a week. The neighbor was very pleasant and helpful. Love the location not too far from town or stores. The property manager was Great and also very helpful. The only thing I notice about the cabin was a lot of dust bunnies under the beds otherwise it was clean. Also thought it could use another chair in the living room. I would stay here again and again !!!! We had a very enjoyable weekend. It end too fast !! Next time it will be longer and would want the same cabin Edelweiss.

This cabin is very clean and fully loaded. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, outdoor fire pit, wood burning fire place, and plenty of games, HD TV's, etc. There is a somewhat steep hill in the back yard that leads to a small creek and pond. Very nice views of the hillsides.
My only gripe would be that it's in a sort of neighborhood and I usually prefer cabins that are very secluded, but that's just me. Nevertheless, the lots are large and there is plenty of privacy between cabins. The location is just between Blue Ridge and Ellijay, so if you like to be reasonably close to civilization, there will be plenty of restaurants, stores, and activities within a few miles.

This vacation home was very nicely furnished and was spotless. The only concern was the angle of the steps but were no problem once we got acculmated to them. We will rent it again.

We enjoyed the short weekend vacation to Edelweiss. It is a comfortable cabin with a great central location. The swing on the back porch and the view from the Master deck were 2 of the favorite attraction of this rental. After visiting the local orchard and hiking to the waterfalls and swinging bridge, it was wonderful to come back to the cabin and a warm fire in the fireplace. We very much enjoyed our stay!

From the curvy winding roads up to the cabin to the amazing view when you arrive -- such a great place to get away!! Edelweiss was a very roomy cabin! Perfect for multiple couples/families! A pet-friendly cabin is the ultimate in my book!!

We enjoyed the cabin but felt that a few others we have stayed in had better floorplans and were closer to lakes and trails.

We stayed at Edelweiss for Thanksgiving. The cabin was very festive and very clean. We absolutely love this cabin and all the ammenties. We have stayed there two times. We loved the way you followed up with us when we thought there was an issue with cod eand the welcome basket is a nice touch. Very few cabins have outdoor fire pits and a jacuzzi. Some of the knicknacks are quirky, but overall great size of cabin and nice decor. Upstairs view is fantastic along with view form hot tub. Walking trails right out back to a pond.

Overall, was a wonderful place. Everything was clean and nice. Only complaint was the satellite tv wasn't working well so had to call Dish network to get it fixed. Luckily we didnt spend much time watching tv.
