This cottage is attached to the main guest house, which is also a airbnb listing, but it is separated by an enclosed locked breezeway - so complete privacy is assured. It can also be used for a larger group/family reunion who wish to book the main house and cottage together!

My stay in Cherry Valley was a working retreat. Anytime I was away from work it was the best retreat ever. The area is so beautiful, and I really wanted to get out and check it out, and I did... a little. I loved my little cottage, the property and Sheryn and her family so much that I could hardly break away from the peace and serenity that encompasses this cottage. I could not have asked for a nicer, more comfortable place to stay. Sheryn is a big part of why this place is so nice. She is so accommodating and easy-going about everything. The property is so peaceful and open, with plenty of privacy. The food bearing plants are delicious. Collecting farm fresh eggs and feeding the chickens my kitchen scraps was great. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful every morning and night. Oak glen is just a short ride away for a great meal at Law's. The neighborhood drives are full of beautiful scenery. Palm Springs is only 30 miles. It's close enough to get out and get around, but comfortable enough to stay right where you are. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I really could not have asked for anything better.

I loved staying at this cottage. I can't wait to go back again! Futon beds aren't for everyone, but it was perfect for my back (I have some back issues). I loved the fresh rosemary, which I made a delicious tea out of, and the fresh eggs were the best I've ever tasted! Although it doesn't look like much from the outside, the inside of the cottage is really charming. Shery is a very gracious hostess.

Thank you! We actually also LOVE the outside! with mountain views, fields full of wildflowers, long winding roads up to the forest, and chickens and bunnies wandering the acreage! The outside of the house has a fresh coat of paint and although we are the second house to be built over 70 years ago in this older, established neighborhood, we take pride in home ownership and our serene life here in Cherry Valley and hope others will come for a visit soon!
