We stayed in this Chester house while visiting the area for a friend's wedding. The house was spacious enough for three couples and very close to the Main Street area of Chester. We didn't spend much time in the house given the festivities, but enjoyed some time putting together a jigsaw puzzle and using the hammock on the deck out back.
The owners were exceptionally easy to work with and there were absolutely no issues with making the reservation, sending the deposit/payments, and receiving the key.
Our only complaint is that the house hadn't been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived - lots of cobwebs, some hair in the bathtubs, and even a dead mouse. Also, the previous guests must have had a dog because the entire house - especially the room we slept in, smelled of wet dog. Luckily I brought my allergy medication with me, so it wasn't too much of a hassle.
A few tips...
* Given the layout of the house (stairs, balconies), I would not advise families with small children to rent this house.
* Pillows and comforters are provided by you must bring your own sheets (this can be tricky if you're not driving in - we took the train and our other friends had flown in to Manchester before renting a car)
* There are two full bathrooms but only one shower (the other full bath has a tub with a shower nozzle connected to the faucet).
