This small and comfortable house was recently built with a contemporary architecture. It enjoys a magnificient view over the lake and the mountains from both floors and the garden / terrace. The area is quiet although it is close to all the amenities.

Chexbres is in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage, a region famous for its vineyards in terraces. Although the little house is recent, the neighbourhood is composed of old vineyard/farmer houses. Our vineyard house was instance build in 1680.
You want be bored at our place, you have so many things to do in the neighbourhoud. If you like wine (wine tasting can be organized), food, skiing in the mountains (30 min by car), visiting cities (Montreux at 15 min., Lausanne at 15 min, Gruyère at 35 min, Geneva at 45 min., Geneva at 45 min., Bern at 60 min. just to name a few), we have all that close by. You can also cross the lake with an old and authentic boat to Evian in France. Lavaux panoramic train is a good option to make a tour in Lavaux and visit its small villages. We have a golf court 5 min. away. If you like watersports or are looking for a relaxing time, you can go on the lake Leman. The more you see, the more you want to see...
We offer a parking place right in front of the house. For those who travel by train, the railstation is 3 minutes away on foot.
