The condo is located about 3.5 / 4 km from the heart of the city, ThaPae Gate. You can take taxi at Big C Extra shopping Mall (5 minutes walk) and go downtown in 10-15 min.
Everything you need is at walking distance from the condo, such as Big C Extra Shopping Mall, Night Market 3 days/week, a lot of restaurants and pubs, taxis, fitness center, coffee shops, massage, kantoke dinner, etc.... Also there is a restaurant and laundry service in the building next door. There are several golf courses not far from the studio about 15 min with car or taxi. No problem for parking if you have a bike or a car, there is a large and free parking with security 24/24.

We stayed at the apartment for a week and found it to be in a good location - close to the Big C supermarket (and other stores in the mall) which was useful, and we even discovered a little area near the apartment where there were several bars with live music (cover bands, but good fun)! There's a night market nearby as well which are always good to float around in. Jc was very helpful and we thank him for helping us out around town. If you're looking for a good, cheap and convenient location then you've found it.

We were the first guests in this studio and we cannot say enough good things about it! After several long days of searching for a place to rent, we were thrilled to find this apartment. It was so much nicer than anything else available for short term rent in Chiang Mail!
We loved the fact that we had so much space (and for a reasonable price). The bed was very comfortable, and the studio was decorated beautifully. There was plenty of storage for our things and everything we needed to live (towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, etc) was ready for us.
The location was great too! We found that almost everything we could want or need was within walking distance. I spent a lot of time shopping at the night market, and my husband loved exercising at the nearby gym and working at Wawee Coffee! It was awesome to be so close to the Big C too!
Jc was a very nice "landlord". He was extremely helpful and available if ever we needed him (Thank you JC!)
We had a wonderful stay in Chiang Mai due in part to this lovely little condo. We hope everyone who comes after us will enjoy it as much as we have! We'll definitely rent this again if it's available when we visit! -

I spent last winter in the studio,well kept,clean,bright
no noise not even dogs at nigth,I felt secure.Next to the
good super market and night markets at the week end.
Landlord,very nice,very helpful.
