We offer a Quality short term home rental in Chiang Mai, with this lovely 3/2 home. Two FULL Western style baths. A HUGE Western style kitchen with ALL new oven, dish washer, refrigerator, laundry-washer and dryer, pots, 3 sinks, dishes, food storage containers, etc. It is completely turn key - Fully equipped including linens & bath towels, Dish TV with 30 English channels and 40 Thai channels,DVD, and high speed cable internet for your laptop. Home has 5 air conditioners,telephone, bikes, ice chests, umbrellas.

The home is in a upscale gated community with TWO security check points to access this home. Great club house with resort typ...e pool, tennis, gym, snooker etc.

RATES: 1-2 adults ( 2 kids free), +80 batt ea ex adult. Minimum stay 5 nights.

4-20 till 11-20: 1st 10 nights @ 1,500 batt, add on extra nights at $1,000 batt

11-20 to 4-20 : 1 st 10 @ 2,000 per night, add on extra @ 1,300 night.

My Thai wife & I live mostly in Hawaii, have a licensed travel company and own several holiday rentals in Hawaii as well. We also have our personal Thailand home just a few doors from this rental. My wife's sister and husband also live a few doors away and are on hand 24/7 to help with our homes and assist our guests. Write us and we will supply you with our Thai site with more pics and info.

Our past guests have included business transfers in need of a 2 to 4 week stay while they search for the perfect long term home for their family. The home is also nice for the tourist family interested in visiting the sights by day and have a nice safe home environment in the evening. Additional Location Information

Home is in a gated community outside of Chiang Mai. The community has a master gate / entrance, and 10 "villages" with a second gate. The Village clubhouse has pool, tennis, fitness, badminton and snooker. This is located less than 2 kilometers from your home. There is a small charge for use payable to the clubhouse. There is also basketball court, kid's playground (slides, swings etc.) and outdoor exercise equipment less than one half kilometer away from your home, all at no charge. There is a basketball, pump, 4 badminton rackets and 2 tennis rackets at each home.

ONLY 10% deposit for a stay more than 3 months out. Plus 20% 45 days out. Pay 70% on arrival. We never require or ask for 100% before arrival.

  Première impression: 2000 maisons, il y a de quoi se poser des questions. C'est très aéré, propre et accueillant.
  La Maison. le terrain est petit, l'intérieur est très agréable avec climatisation dans chaque pièce.
  Au rez de chaussée, une salle de bains, le salon avec télévision, téléphon et le Wifi qui fonctionne très bien, puis la très grande cuisine, le seul dommage est la table de la cuisine, 4 places, 4 chaises. Autreement il y a absolument tout (lave linde lave vaisselle...)
  A l'étage, 3 chambres et une salle de bains.
  Tout est inclus dans le prix, le papier toilettes, l'eau en bouteille, les produits d'entretien y compris la poudre poiyr le lave linge, et si vous avez un problème, la soeur de Tom est là très vite pour vous aider.
  La Sutuation, il est vrai qu'il est préférable d'être motorisé, j'avais choisi la formule scooter. Mais il y a aussi 3 vélos avec la maison.
  Le clubhouse, avec une piscine superbe, salle de sport, tennis...
  Un endroit vraiment superbe, à conseiller.
  De plus Tom est vraiment arrangeant, nous souhaitions rester plus tard le jour du départ et aucun problème.

  One fantastic rental out of the madness of the city

  We loved our first month in this house (Three Palms) that we decided to stay another. As the other reviewers mentioned, the house is located in a development about 20 minutes from the city center. The house comes equipped with bikes that have seat extensions for kids, so we found ourselves biking to the front gate (it would have been too far to walk with kids who are 7, 4 and 2) and catching songteows (cheap transportation!) into town and back (20 Baht per adult each way...less than $3 roundtrip for our family)! Another great option for getting around is renting motorbikes to go in and out of town...which makes it a breeze! The house has a great kitchen and is well equipped with a blender, toaster, pots and pans of all sizes, and pretty much everything you could need. Just bring food! The 3 rooms have nice, comfortable beds and have a/C as well as standing fans. The clubhouse has an amazing (massive) pool, a great gym, courts of various purposes, and even a sauna. The kid's playground is also enjoyed fairly often by our kids and is pretty close to the house. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and full of families and respectful neighbors. Overall, the owner has been wonderful to work with and bends over backwards to make your stay comfortable! There's a restaurant in the development that makes great Thai food...fast and inexpensive, and they also sell bakery bread loaves. The development is within 10-15 minutes of a major supermarket (that will have Westerners happy!) as well as an outdoor fresh market, Thai-style. A little bit of everything here! Wi-fi is great, too :-)

  Attention to detail made it feel like we were coming home every

  We loved this house. The owner actually owns 2 houses within a block of each other, and we stayed at the Three Palms House. It was great having a kitchen stocked with all the details that make it easy to settle in and cook some meals. Everthing we looked for and needed we found: dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, cooking utensils, coffee maker..it was so helpful. We had just arrived in Thailand, and so really appreciated the 3 bedrooms so that our kids could have their own rooms as we all adjusted to the massive time change and jet lag. The beds were super comfortable and the airconditioning in each bedroom was much appreciated. Also, the huge wall wardrobe and beautifully carved & massive dresser made it extremely easy to unpack and settle in. We were able to keep things neat as there was so much room to put things away. We did use the pool, which was clean and super refreshing. It wouldn't have been a far walk with just my husband and I, but it was much easier to use the bikes (they are set up so the kids double with a parent) as our kids found it too far and hot the first time we wandered over there.
  
  It is good to be aware that the house is removed from the city in a suburb and so we had to cab it into the city when we did anything in there. But the cabs were so cheap, and the house so wonderful that we didn't mind this at all. It was a small compromise, but well worth it in our opinion and experience. It can be a bit confusing the first time going from the main gate to the house, so when we were picked up for a tour we biked to the gates and met the driver there to ensure there were no delays.
  
  We loved our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

  We loved this place!

  This is a lovely rental in the northern suburbs of Chiang Mai. It is a 20 minute drive to the city center, so you either have to drive or have a car service. (We chose the latter option and were extrememly pleased with Mr. Lee Company, www.mrleecompany.com) The house has plentiful space and made a great relaxing place to return to after a day or touring. We did quite a bit of cooking in the large and well appointed kitchen.
  
  The only recommendation I had for improvement was to have wifi added. I know the listing here indicates that they have it, but there was none when we were there. This would have been a great addition, so that we could use our "smartphones" without incuring huge roaming data charges. Everything else about our stay at Hibuscus House was perfect.

  We were not satisfied with our WIFI provider and were in the process of switching to a new WIFI provider. Unfortunately, this group was here during the transition to our new provider. Our guests since then report exceptional service with this new provider.
