Description

We are the owners of a beautiful house with private pool, which is located in an upscale gated community called Home in Park and is located approximately 25 minutes from Chiang Mai. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also an office space that comes with free WiFi . The house has one King Bed, One Queen bed and two single beds. Also for your comfort is a living room with a TV with 146 channels. We have also purchased a new 40 inch TV that is located in the master bedroom. The house has a dinning room and a full kitchen . If you plan on doing any cooking, please make sure that you bring your own essentials such as salt, pepper, oil and any spices that you may need. Due to liability reasons, we cannot provide these. Our villa has a sun room which is your entrance to our large private swimming pool. Also included in the price, is a Toyota Avanza with a chauffeur, and daily maid service (except Sundays and all Thai Holidays) The maid cleans the house daily and takes care of all of your laundry and ironing needs. She does not do any cooking. So all you have to do is relax and enjoy. We have a large private pool and there is also a large Balinese style community pool located just down the street along with a fitness area and a tennis court. Our check in time is anytime after 3:00 PM and our check out time is on or before 12:00 noon. The driver is included in the price of the rental, however you will be responsible to pay for any and all gasoline that is used during your entire stay. The driver's regular hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and we pay him overtime from 5:00 PM until 11:00 PM. These hours are included in the price of the rental. If you require our driver's services between the hours of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, a fee of 500 baht must be paid directly to Wat (our driver) at the time of each occurrence.Tips are greatly appreciated by both driver and maid, PS: Power outages are rare but may occur during your stay so please make sure that you ask our driver, Wat, as to the locations of the flashlights.

Everything about this rental property is perfect, the superbly fitted kitchen the. very comfortable beds, and the lovely staff. We are so lucky to be going back for another 10 days tomorrow
