To make a reservation, we require a deposit, which is applied to your stay. The deposit for nightly rentals is 50% or $500 for monthly rentals.
The deposit must be paid by credit card. The remaining amount due on arrival can be paid by cash, check, credit card or PayPal. Your dates will be reserved only when the deposit is received.
If you must cancel less than 1 week in advance, your deposit is non refundable. If you cancel more than a week in advance, you can apply your deposit toward a future rental at any of our locations or if you would like a refund, we retain 25% of the deposit and refund the remainder within 3 weeks.

Great place, great neighborhood, great host!
We had a wonderful time in Chicago, and a big part of it was staying in the Wrigley Loft. The apartment is clean and spacious, and has a very relaxed feel about it. We loved riding the El, which was just a half a mile from the loft. The neighborhood was easy to walk around in.
Wrigley loft is right next door to an elementary school. Each morning during breakfast we would watch the kids being dropped off for school, but we didn't hear a peep, that's how quiet this place is!
Our host is very friendly and helpful. After the second day, we stopped worrying about getting to see all of the sites of Chicago, because we had decided we would be coming back and staying in the same place.

Great base for Chicago visit
This apartment is spacious and very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a home away from home. Great to have a washing machine and dryer. An initial problem with the locked keybox and loss of the internet were quickly fixed. Though the street is busy the apartment is quiet inside. It is in the suburbs & about 30 minutes by train from the centre of Chicago but the train station is an easy 10 -15 minute walk and the trains were frequent. Good local supermarket Tony's was a 5 min walk. Make sure to use the taxi service described in the apartment information for excellency and reliability.

What a great space!! There was plenty to do it was almost hard to choose which adventure to embark on over the weekend :) If you like Thai food there is a great restaraunt called Manee Thai about a mile away with a great selection of Thai and Sushi. If you want to go out and about a cab ride to Wrigley Field was about $9, or there is lots to do within walking distance of the apartment.
Donna was great! You couldn't ask for a better hostess :) I would definately stay again, the apartment had everything you could want for a great stay in Chicago! A true home away from home!

We stayed at the Irving Loft for 4 nights while we did the museum tour of Chicago. The location is accessible to public transportation into the city as well as grocery stores. We felt comfortable walking around the neighbourhood. Free street parking was great and the availabilty of a computer,printer, washer and dryer to use in the loft was a bonus. The loft is spacious and clean. The very best thing of all is Donna, the rental agent. She responds to e mails, provides lot's of information and is readily available to her renters. She really wants you to be happy and to have a good trip to Chicago. When we return to Chicago, we would definitely use "Zenestates" and Donna again.

nice place to stay
The stay at irving loft was quite nice. i loved the jacuzzi tub and the fact that the place had a computer for us to use. the apartment was very clean and made us feel at home. i like that it was within walking distance to several restaurants. at first parking was an issue but through talking to the parking patrol there we worked that out. overall i am very happy with our stay and do plan on visiting again in the near future.
