We are less than 10 minutes from McCormick Place, and less than 15 minutes from the Museums and Grant Park where Millennium Park and Navy Pier are located. We are 2.5 miles SW from McCormick place and 4.5 miles due south from Grant Park and our downtown. Our rates depend on the season, the length, and timing of your stay. There is no one nightly or weekly rate. We always have a range of rates.
The weekday and weekend rates listed for each season are our range of rates for that season. Our Daily rates range from $140 to $195 per night in winter to $225 to 275 per night in summer. Our weekly rates range from $875 to $1,150 in winter to $1,450 to 1,650 per week in summer. Holidays and special events may be priced higher.
Our best rates are for longer stays. Shorter stays are priced higher due to fixed costs. Winter are our lowest guest rates and Summer and major holidays and special events are our high season rates.
We don't rent to adults under 30 years of age or for parties of any kind. Occasionally we will make slight exceptions on this age limit for families with children and responsible adults who are not coming here to party. We also don't rent to groups of students of any age regardless of whether they are chaperoned by an adult. Our guests appreciate that we have a quiet and peaceful environment. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 people in 3 queen beds (and an air bed that can be set up for one extra sleeping space). We will sometimes make slight adjustments on these limits with prior approval.

Vraiment une très bonne adresse pour passer quelques jours à Chicago à un prix raisonnable. Bob est extrêmement serviable et accueillant, et répondra à toutes les questions pratiques que vous pouvez vous poser avant votre arrivée et pendant le séjour.
Le grand spa bien chaud est vraiment un plus.

A really good place to spend a few days in Chicago at a reasonable price. Bob was extremely helpful and friendly and will answer any practical questions you can ask yourself before your arrival and during the stay.
The large hot spa is definitely a plus. The apartment is well equipped, located in a quiet residential area, you can easily reach different subway lines and find themselves in the heart of the Loop, a brief address that we recommend. -

We actually stayed for a week in December 2012 and a second week in January 2013 while we were in Chicago for our son's surgery. We felt right at home and Bob had considered every possible detail for his guests right down to laundry soap and fabric softener for the laundry to coffee and tea in the kitchen. The apartment was spotless and the amenities like the big screen TV with surround sound and the computer made it seem just like home. We had struggled with parking in a previous rental before we met Bob who provides a garage as well as additional on street parking if needed. The shower spa was very nice and we enjoyed the hot tub as we were in town for some very significant surgical procedures for our youngest son these helped us to relax. Finally (although I could go on and on about how great our stay was) Bob had assembled a very thoughtful book of places to eat, shop, museums to visit and things to do as well as transportation availability. We could not have been more pleased with both of our stays at Bob's place and will certainly stay again as well as recommend it to our friends. Sincerely Scott & Anita Getman

We spend 5 days at Chicago for new year break and we cannot more happy with this place. Bob is a very nice personn and very helpful with you. The location is perfect, very close to the red line train (less than 10 min walking) and just 3 stops from Chicago downtown. We definitly recommand this place and for sure rent it again.

We recently made a trip to Chicago to visit our son and his fiance, and to meet her family. Bob's apartment was an excellent choice for this occasion. First of all, this apartment is conveniently located just south of city central, near the White Sox stadium, with easy access on and off the Dan Ryan Expressway. This apartment was loaded with amenities. We really appreciated garage parking, key-coded entry, and if it hadn't been raining for much of our visit, we would have enjoyed the wonderful outside grilling space in the back yard or the amazing skyline view from the rooftop sitting area. We were, however,able to enjoy relaxing in the massive hot tub one night. The apartment itself offered comfort and a homey feel with plenty of space.The two bedrooms allowed my daughter to have her own bedroom for a change, and my son was very comfortable on the pull-out couch. The extremely well-equipped kitchen allowed for us to host a meal for our son's future in-laws which also provided us a relaxed atmosphere to visit and get acquainted. The guys also enjoyed watching some of the baseball playoffs on the huge screen tv. All in all, we had a great weekend, with a great space to entertain and be together with family. I should also mention that Bob was a very gracious host. My husband contacted him a couple of times with questions, and each time Bob replied promptly and with a wealth of information. I would definitely recomment this place, and we would love to stay again should we visit Chicago again.

This condo was a perfect place for a girlfriend-getaway. We were within walking distance to the stadium and public transportation. The hot tub and roof deck were an immediate hit! Prior to our stay, the owners provided a great deal of helpful information about navigating the city, including an online map. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation location. Very responsive owners and the rental process couldn't have gone any smoother. I would definitely do this again & recommend this rental to others. Thanks!

Had a nice neighborhood feel that was just two blocks from public transportation. Safe neighborhood with a deli just around the corner. We walked two blocks to the bus and then rode for maybe 6 blocks to the train station and took the red line train to most places. Great way to travel without car. Purchased 3-day CTa (bus and train)passes for $14 that probably saved us over $100 in parking fees and much driving anxiety. It was recommended that we not take the train after 8 p.m. but otherwise it felt very safe and more like being a local. We did have a car and went to restaurants within a two mile radius in the evenings. The price for the rental included the travel concierge services of Bob the owner for a few weeks before and during the stay. He sent many many recommendations of activities, restaurants, and places of interest. Parking is insane on Sox home games but garage is included, thankfully. My mother-in-law felt safe enough to walk the two blocks alone to the catholic church on a Sunday morning.
Apartment itself was comfy with room to spread out. Kids liked the satellite 60 inch television. The one bathroom had a great shower but a bit skimpy on counter space. There is a spare no frills bathroom in the basement if someone is occupying the single bathroom. Apartment is upstairs which means lugging the suitcases upstairs. The hot tub and grill are shared between the two apartments and we never did try them but our neighbors did. Appreciated having computer access while we were there.
Would recommend this to other travelers, especially families. -

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay, everyone had a fantastic time. Our visit took place april 12-15 and there were six of us; my parents (early 50’s), younger brother and his friend (both 16), my husband and I (30). The layout was very conducive our needs, it provided the people who wake up early with places to go without having to worry about disturbing the others who were sleeping. Conversely those who stay up later could do so without having to worry about keeping the others awake who wished to sleep. We stayed in the upper unit and there was a large living room with two very comfortable chairs and a convertible sofa bed. Next to that there is a spacious dining room with a large dining table and a desk with a computer. The first bedroom is located off this room. Continuing through the condo you will pass the bathroom on you left. The shower is absolutely incredible, during our visit I took two showers a day just to enjoy it’s fabulousness. Once you pass the bathroom you will find yourself in the well appointed kitchen. It was very roomy and included a smaller dining table which was a nice surprise in addition to all of the things that one would expect in the kitchen. The second bedroom is also located off the kitchen. Both bedrooms are large and contain a queen sized bed which was very comfortable. There are also extra blankets and pillows in the closet. In the back of the kitchen there is a door to a landing which contains the laundry facilities and the entrance to the roof deck. The roof deck was spectacular, it included very comfortable furniture and provided panoramic views of downtown Chicago. The hot tub is located downstairs and is what dreams are made of, it was absolutely fabulous. There is a garage that can be used for parking but we just parked on the street during our stay and utilized the parking permits that Bob provides. The apartment is also conveniently located to several bus stops and the train is just a short walk away. The neighborhood is also very quiet and relaxing. There is also a selection of board games which were a wonderful surprise. Bob is a wonderful host who truly anticipates the needs of his guests and we will definitely stay here again!

We were very glad to stay in this condo in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago. The condo was spacious and very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen that has everything you'd need. The neighborhood was friendly and safe, and the owner was very helpful and welcoming. The condo was spotless, well-maintained and had multi-spray shower heads which felt very relaxing after running around Chicago. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again in the future.

First, we arrived late at the apartment but still, thanks to the electronic lock on the front door, we could enter without the owner being present. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was everything you could imagine in terms of kitchen accessories to help us cook anything. The rooftop was closed for repairs at the time of our vacation but the owner was frank about it and told us beforehand. Instead, we used each day the great hot tub downstairs. The subway is less than 10 minutes from the apartment, so the city is easily accessible. I'm pretty sure for my next trip to Chicago, I will be back there for sure. Thanks Bob!

This flat really exceeded our expectations. My wife and I have traveled a lot with our four children (now Teenagers) and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Very easy to get downtown. Everything in the apartment is new and in excellent condition. Garage for the car. Kitchen had all the pots, pans, and tools we could possibly need. Owners were helpful, provided great information about the neighborhood and the city, and easy to work with.

The first thing that I noticed was how very clean the apartment was! This is usually the first thing that I look for and I was truly impressed with this. It is a beautiful apartment that is very open and spacious. The rooftop deck is perfect for hanging out and enjoying the city views, gorgeous! The shower is absolutely amazing, love the body sprays!
Another thing that I found very impressive was the accessibility to the owner. If we needed anything, he answered the phone right away. Very great service!
This apartment truly did feel like a home away from home. It had anything that you could want or need. We have two young children and it was a great place to stay with the amenities of home.
