"We stayed on the 52nd floor unit with a to-die-for view of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier. The unit is very nicely decorated and Nadiya provided so many lovely touches that made it feel like home.
The location is superb for touring the city -we walked everywhere and you are only a short block to Michigan avenue's magnificent mile.
The unit was perfectly sized for our 3 sister trip and had every possible amenity. The bedrooms were very comfortable and as the youngest I can personally attest that the sofa bed (which I normally loathe and always get) was ultra-comfy.
Nadiya even provided extra hangers for our clothes-heavy group. Being able to use the facilities of the Radisson aqua was a plus-the fitness room was great and the pool and hot tub were a wonderful way to stretch and relax after a long day on the hoof.
Nadiya is an excellent communicator and couldn't have been more accommodating when we had to reschedule the trip due to illness. She is efficient and friendly to the max, although we never met in person.
I recommend this most highly if you are lucky enough to be going to Chicago -still my favorite city in the us! -

I stayed here for a 2-month corporate training program and could not have been happier! The location was very close to work, shopping and entertainment. The owner was very accommodating and I was able to extend my stay for an additional month after the corporate training program was extended. Highly recommended!!

The suite was beautiful... from the furnishings, the view, the amenities, and a few surprise items! Underground free parking was a big plus. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Magnificent Mile, restaurants, groceries, etc. I wish we would have had time to use the pool, hot tub, work out facilities, etc. Nadiya made sure everything was in place and checked on us to make sure we had all we needed. It was nice to have a place to hold our family and enjoy breakfasts in the morning overlooking Lake Michigan and a place to unwind together after much walking and sightseeing. I would highly recommend this suite.

Our stay in Chicago was awesome, largely do to the location of the condo we stayed in. While we were unable to stay at The aqua, Nadiya was able to accommodate us in an adjacent building. When we arrived there were snacks and beverages cooling in the fridge. Laundry detergent was provided, bathroom amenities were five star quality. The location was perfect. We could see Navy Pier and walk there in less than 15 minutes and the river and architecture cruise ships were less than a 10 minute walk away. We walked down to see the fireworks from Navy Pier but we could have easily watched them from the condo window. The view from our suite was unbelievable. From the kitchen and living roon we could see all of Navy Pier and Lake Michigan and from the other windows in the living room and master bedroom we could see the river and the downtown. Millenium park was less than a ten minute walk away. We walked everywhere and came back to relax in our home away from home. There was a grocery store right across the street where anything you needed was available, as well as ready to eat meals and build your own salad bar. When we travel we get tired of always eating out so the proximity of the grocery store allowed us to eat breakfasts in our condo and also stroll over for lunch or dinner fixings as we chose. The amenities were excellent. After a long day of sightseeing, we ventured up to the rooftop pool area to find barbeques and sitting areas to sit and enjoy a glass of wine while we cooked dinner and relaxed. While we didn't use the pool or exercise room, they were very nice and clean. Overall, this was a perfect lactation for us and I will recommend and have recommended Chicago Luxe Suites without reservation to our family and friends.

I am not sure I can do justice to this. When we looked at booking our trip to Chicago with 2 teenage boys we initially looked at hotels. However 2 rooms in a 4* would have been $700-$800 a night. We thought about a mini suite but that would mean the boys sharing a sofa bed (not happening) and would still cost $600+ per night. I then found a review of Chicago Luxe Suites.
What a lucky break - if I com back to Chicago I am looking nowhere else. Anyone going to Chicago would be mad not to book this.
We were 49 floors up with panoramic views of Chicago. We could were looking down on both Millennium Park with the Bean and also Navy Pier. Truly fabulous.
We had really high hopes of this apartment and it has exceeded our expectations. From the initial contact Nadiya has been a total star. She has provided us with amazing amounts of helpful information, and was at hand to help with anything, including booking a car back tot he airport (we was perfect too).
The apartment has so much to offer. 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balconies on 2 sides, walk in wardrobes, washer, dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, cable TV, Free wf-fi.
However, what we had not expected was al; the touches included: Wine, Beer, Bottled Water, Canapes, Snacks, Toileteries, Towels, Bath robes, Flowers, coffee, tea...the list just goes on. When the say just bring your luggage they are really serious.
We didn't have the spare time to enjoy the leisure facilities, but they are hugely extensive and look fantastic. As they are shared with a Raddisson Blu hotel you can imagine the quality.
Oh, and you are located right in the middle of the action. W tended to get taxi cabs when going out and I don't think we had a fare (with 4 in the car) over $8 - to anywhere in Chicago. On top of this, Wildberries Pancakes is just a 3-4 minute walk (amazing breakfasts)
I just can't recommend this enough.Response from Chicago Luxe Suites - 12/04/2012

Location is everything and this bldg has that and then some. The view couldn't be better, the amenities were beyond what I expected and the hostess couldn't be better. This was my first attempt at staying in a condo rather than a hotel in Chicago. I'd never go back to a hotel. Actually, the only way I'd stay elsewhere is if rentals at the aqua Bldg were not available. This is a hard act to follow.

Left on 10/20/2012 for a stay in October 2012
The aqua Building is a great place to stay with a great location for many downtown activities. Many attractions and activities are right outside the door. Right next to Millennium Park and the river. Easy access/walk to a river boat cruise, Navy Pier or the Magnificent Mile. I would recommend the "Chicago architecture Foundation River Cruise". The Chicago architecture Foundation also offers walking, Segway or bus tours. Quick cab ride to Shedd aquarium, Field Museum, Art Institute, Alder Planetarium and Museum of Science and Industry. Tons of shopping and so many great restaurants. The building is an 82 story award winning building with sustainable features that conserve energy. The building is beautiful and the condo is very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities are great. There is a Fresh Market one block away. Always easy to get a cab.
Nadiya was great to work with. Answered any questions right away and sent a ton of helpful information. The condo is fully operational with a well appointed kitchen. There is a washer and dryer within the condo if needed. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms with a pull out couch. We spent 4 days there and were very comfortable. The condition of the condo is very clean and well designed. Nadiya provided early check-in for us and met us for check-in. She was great to work with and was available any time while we were there. We are already planning another trip to Chicago and will plan to work with Nadiya again.

Each year six girl cousins take a trip somewhere. This year we went to Chicago. After days of looking online for a place to stay, I came across this luxury condo in downtown Chicago. I emailed Nadiya for info and wasn't long until I had a two bedroom condo on the 49th floor of the aqua Building reserved. We arrived to find wine, beer, water and so many treats for us to enjoy during our stay that weekend. The only thing we had to ask for was two extra chairs for the dining room table because playing cards at night makes up half of our fun time on these trips and there were only four chairs at the table. In an hour, we had six chairs and the rest is history. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go and found the most interesting grocery store right behind the condos. We could of bought our meals there every night and been very happy but did decide to try out the Three Forks restaurant which was also right behind us. Great place too. I highly recommend the aqua building if you want to stay in downtown Chicago. Lj Verby

Left on 09/05/2012 for a stay in September 2012
We spent our Mother/Daughter/Sister Labor Day weekend at the aqua Suites. The View was breathtaking; Navy Pier and Millinneum Park. The apartment was very nice and clean, but is advertised for up to 6 people. We had 5 and it was a little tight for that, everything (chairs, place mats, place settings, etc) was set up for 4, but it worked fine. We had to ask for a DVD player which it was supposed to be equiped with. Convenient location. We were not told there were more than 1 exit in the parking garage, so we were immediately put on the wrong street when we exited, a little upsetting. All-in all, it was fine and we had a great weekend.

The condo exceded our expectations. Equipment room, pools and hot tubs were accessible at different times when we went to use them. The staff were efficient and friendly. Our minor concern (needed extra plates) was dealt with immediately. Location is fantastic, within walking distance to major sites and close to bus/L connections. The fireworks on Wednesday and Saturday were right out of our window. It was great.

My family and I surprised my husband on his 70th birthday with a weekend in his hometown, Chicago. We arrived from Boston and New York and had an extraordinary celebration. Nadiya did an amazing job in making this happen. There were 9 of us, including 3 children ages 2,7 and 9 and the two suites were perfect. The extraordinary views, outstanding location and terrific amenities were the perfect background for a family weekend celebration. We appreciated the complete kitchen, luxurious linens and, above all, the pristine condition- so clean with a wonderfully contemporary feeling. The people at the front desk were "in on the surprise" and were so warm and welcoming. Thank you so much, Nadiya, for helping this family make fabulous new memories. We will definitely be back since Chicago is a go to place for my husband.

This 2 bedroom condo was perfectly located in the aqua building. Very clean and neat. The kitchen was nicely stocked with snacks and beverages. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Bathrooms were large and clean. The building has great amenities including swimming pool, work out rooms, game room and indoor basketball. There is a fabulous gourmet grocery a block away (Mariano's Fresh Market) which has everything you could possibly need for your stay. This is definitely the place to stay when traveling with a family. We can't say enough good things about the management service--from the reservation service to check in, the service was very helpful and efficient. Nadiya was in contact with us during out stay and was very helpful. We will be back!

We chose Chicago for spring break last year and with some online searching found this amazing dog-friendly condo for our family to make as a home base! This location is superb and as a family of 5 children ages 2-8 we were able to walk everywhere and we did! Navy Pier, the planetarium, field museum, Shedd aquarium, The sky deck @ (Sears) tower! Make sure you buy the Chicago City pass online! Our corner condo was located with amazing views even @night we had the lights and ferris wheel from the navy pier out one side and centennial park illuminations from the other. There is a wonderful family, jogging, & dog park right next to the building. There is a Dunkin Donuts in the basement of the building next store that is so convenient for fresh coffee and donuts for the kids! Although you could brew your own since there is a coffee maker, but I enjoyed the quiet time first thing in the morning. Cvs drugstore also shares part of the footprint of the aqua! After this vaca my husband and I put downtown Chicago as the first place we would buy a second home in the future! Maybe even @ the aqua!

We have just returned from our Thanksgiving get-away to Chicago. The aqua building is absolutely one of the best buildings in the city, and a tremendous location. My wife and I traveled with our two teenage girls, and the condo was fantastic! Lot's of space, well decorated, very clean and the views of Navy Pier, Millennium Park, and the Lake were spectacular. We are frequent travelers, and are very particular where we stay, and this place is 5 Star! Nadiya was fantastic to work with...from all of the information prior to our arrival, to the amenities (welcome bottle of wine, fresh flowers, sweets, etc.), to answering questions during our stay! We have found the best place to stay in Chicago...thank you Nadiya!

The stay was wonderful from beginning to end. Check-in was so easy and the underground parking was great (we left our car on Saturday and did not get back into it until Friday morning). The condo is wonderful, clean, and has everything you need for an enjoyable week. The loop, mag mile, and Museum Campus are all with in walking distance. We do not live in the city and are not used to noise-however;we both sleep great during our stay. We always rent condos when traveling and this is one of the few condos that I have rented that I felt just as comfortable was if we were at home.

This was an outstanding experience, hands down! I was expecting something nice, but I (and my family) were blown away. Our room had a view of the lake, Navy Pier and Millineum Park. It was incredibly comfortable. And when we arrived there were goodies and champagne to celebrate our arrival! Nadiya was available by phone when we had questions about the wireless system. There was an amazing gym we had access to that is far better than any hotel gym. We also have a young child and there was a grocery store not a stone's throw away along with a park with playground in the complex which made everything alot easier. I can't rave enough about the service, our location and the amentities! We will absolutely stay here again when we're in Chicago.

We stayed at aqua Sept 1-4. We did not rent our condo through this website's link, but our stay was so amazing I had to comment. At first, I was reluctant to stay at a condo instead of a hotel thinking it might be more trouble or cost more, but I could not have been more wrong. This building is amazing!! The amenities were almost overwhelming--indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tubs, fire pits, cozy chaises, state of the art gym, basketball court, steam room, sauna, pool table, poker table...and the list goes on. The view from our balcony was stunning--on one side was the lake and Navy Pier, and on the other side was Millennium Park, so it was perfect for viewing the Sat night fireworks at the pier.
Our first excursion in Chicago was the architectural boat tour, and aqua was one of the buildings they discussed. I have to admit, everyone in our group was all smiles when she mentioned it.
If you have the opportunity, stay here!! It's convenient to everywhere, even the trains, and no one from housekeeping is banging on your door interrupting your relaxation. Our only regret is we didn't stay longer.
A special "thank you" to Nadiya for going above and beyond what was required to make our stay memorable.Response from Chicago Luxe Suites - 08/11/2012

I want to join in the chorus of reviewers who have sung the praises of this charming suite and of its superb hosts.
My husband and I felt right at home as soon as we walked into this clean, comfortable and delightfully decorated flat and were truly sorry to leave it at the end of our one week's stay. Even though it is fully equipped with everything you need, Nadiya - our hostess, proved to be ready and willing to satisfy even our idiosyncratic requests. We were amazed by the truly wonderful view of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier from our suite. At night we would turn off all the light in the suite and just enjoyed the views while enjoying a bottle of wine. If you stay here during the summer months..then you are in for a treat! You will be able to view the Navy Pier fire works directly from you suite. That was great!
All the amenities for the building (indoor & outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi tub, spa, sauna/steam room, fire pit, lounge, fitness center, theater room and basketball court) are located on the second and third floors of the building. They even had a child's poolJ We lounged at the outdoor swimming pool all day Sunday and took a walk around the huge rooftop garden...(you have to see it to believe it...the rooftop garden is enormous).
There is a grocery store - Bockwinkel - which is across from the building, as well as a pharmacy, and dry-cleaning service. Taxis are readily available right outside the building...and there are many restaurants to pick from...we had dinner at the Rhapsody...delightful!
We did all the touristy things in Chicago - the architectural boat tour, John Hancock Building, Sears Tower, Museum of Contemporary art, the art Institute of Chicago, Navy Pier and Shed aquarium. The flat/building is perfectly located in downtown Chicago so most of all the major attraction were all just short walks or cab rides from the flat.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our friends. -

My fiancé and I came to Chicago on September 13th for a four-day stay to celebrate our engagement. Upon arrival at our suite, we were very pleasantly surprised to find pastries and a bottle of champagne waiting for us! This was such a nice touch, and very unexpected - it definitely set off our romantic adventure on the right foot. We enjoyed our stay immensely. As they say, location is key...and this hotel was very well located in the heart of downtown Chicago with easy access to great shopping and entertainment. The amenities were also incredible, with indoor/outdoor pool and access to a rooftop deck. My fiancé takes his fitness very seriously and he was very impressed with all the choices, including the track, the pool and the fitness facilities.
I definitely recommend that anyone coming to Chicago who wants to experience luxury living at its best in a prime location in Chicago stay here!
