We absolutely loved our stay at Pat and Mike's gorgeous townhouse in Downtown. It is a spacious house with three large bedrooms (the master bedroom has an ensuite and a walk in wardrobe!). There was more than ample room for me and my two friends.
Pat and Mike were very welcoming when we first arrived. We rang them from the airport and they met us at the townhouse as soon as we got in. The also allowed us to check out late as we had a late flight flying back to Ireland. This was very accommodating of them and much appreciated.
We had a brilliant time in Chicago and when we organise a return visit, we will be sure to book with Pat and Mike again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this rental for my wedding. We came into town from los angeles and we rented this house for myself (bride) and bridesmaids. This house more than accomodated our stay, there was ample room for each person to have their own personal space. It was very conviently located close to cafe's and shops and also downtown Chicago. The owner Mike was there to greet us upon our arrival to the house and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. This condo was just an all around great space. I would definitely look into renting this condo again.

We stayed here and were happy with all facets of this property, transit is close, restaurants and shops are close. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, good views. parking is a snap if you get the permits and they are cheap. you could not ask for more from the owners they were helpful and accommodating. 100% as advertised

Thanks to Pat and Mike for setting up a great stay for us in Chicago. We loved the townhouse. Perfect location and what a great place. There was plenty of space for us to spread out - my family of 5 and my mom stayed at the house, on two of the nights my brother and his two kids joined us for dinner and cousin time and there was still plenty of room - kids even played hide and seek on all three floors and had a blast. View from the room is the cherry on top! The close proximity of Costco and Jewel made grocery shopping easy (and the gas at Costco was 50c cheaper!) Safe, well-kept neighborhood with plenty of street parking.
Pat and Mike were extremely easy to work with and Mike was one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. -

We had a wonderful stay in Chicago. Great location to everything downtown. We didn't have to get back on the interstate during our stay. The town home was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Mike and Pat were very friendly and helpful. Our deposit was returned in a timely manner. I will stay here again when I come back to Chicago.

This was a great spacious town home conveniently located. I was meeting up with a group of girls in Chicago and this townhome (as opposed to several hotel rooms) allowed us to spread out, relax, cook meals together. We could walk to restaurants and a wine bar. Easy to get to down town. Mike and Pat were great to work with, answered all of my questions ahead of time. Met us there to check in. Great experience, great town house!
There are 4 levels. The first has a TV room and 1/2 bath. Then 2nd floor has an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with a bunk bed (twin and full beds) and the master with a King bed and attached full bathroom. There is also an additional full bathroom on the floor. The 4th floor is actually a small shared rooftop.Response from Mike and Pat - 01/17/2012

Huntington, INPerfect place for a family get-together

This was a perfect place for us to get together for a family weekend. The condo is beautifully decorated--the photos don't do it justice. The second floor has a wonderful open plan for cooking, eating and plenty of space for 7 adults. Mike & Pat are great hosts, location is accessible to transportation and the neighborhood is great for walks. We would highly recommend it! Just be prepared for the stairs as it is 3 levels--very spacious and Sooo much better than being in separate hotel rooms!

My family stayed at the house for over a week. There were 7 of us and we all had a pleasant experience. The hosts Mike and Pat were friendly and helpful with everything. The house is beautiful as shown in the pictures with a great location - a quiet neighborhood which is quickly accessible to downtown Chicago. Would definitely recommend the house to anyone who needs a big house with a great location!

My sister, my 81 year old mom, two girlfriends and I stayed here the beginning of June. In the past, we always stayed in the downtown Chicago area but because the trip was put together rather quickly, everything was booked. So we started to think outside the box and decided to give the Little Italy area a try. The location of the condo was great. We were within walking distance of some really great restaurants and shops. A CVS drug store was on the next block and cabs and buses were easily accessible at that point. The condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable. My sister and I love to cook and found the kitchen was well equipped. There was even a gas grill on the deck which we used one night. With 5 women, the 3 bathrooms definitely came in handy. And the rooftop deck made for a nice place to sit and enjoy the view -- day or night. Mike and Pat were great to deal with and we hope to stay at their place again!
