This is a wonderful rental location. From start to finish our stay was perfect. The owners are great! It was easy to book this property and easier to recommend it to anyone interested in staying in a large, safe, welcoming home near downtown Chicago. You will not be disappointed. It has a large garage to park your car and it is walking distance to a city bus stop. We tried Connie’s Pizza located across the street. It was very good. The price for this rental was an unbelievable value. Our whole group agreed that we would return in a heartbeat. It has several levels and many stairs so it may not be the best location for people with disabilities.

This place is possibly the best value for money listing on this site. You get a delightful 4 bedroom fully furnished house with everything you could possibly need including cable and Wi-Fi for less than what you would pay for a reasonable hotel. It is clean, warm and spacious with a lovely big kitchen for cooking your own meals; something you can't do at a hotel.
The location is ultra convenient to practically every amenity you could want including shops, buses, restaurants, trains and only minutes away from downtown Chicago and the lake. Furthermore the landlord is a real top bloke and a pleasure to deal with. He was kind, sincere, thoughtful, considerate and always available to answer questions or on hand to help out.
All things considered this place deserves a 9/10 and I don't say that lightly. We felt at home and had a wonderful time which makes a big difference when renting and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property to any perspective tenant.
