Casa Kaly is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1 en-suite) villa with a private 8m x 4m private swimming pool and an option of full sun or fully shaded outdoor seating area. The gardens and pool extent to 700sqm and are surrounded by a perimeter wall offering full privacy and security for children. Beyond the garden walls on three sides there is open countryside. There is a stone built BBQ and off-street parking for two cars. The Blue Flag beaches of La Barrosa are an easy 4 minute drive (3 km)

The villa consists of:

Bedrooms:

The master bedroom has a memory foam king size double bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and an en-su...ite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, sink, bidet and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed; built in wardrobes, bedside table, TV and Video. Bedroom 3 has twin beds; built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a radio/cassette player. All three bedrooms have free standing fans and mosquito blinds for summer comfort.

Family bathroom:

Is accessed from the hall next two the bedrooms and has a full size bath with overhead shower, bidet, toilet and integrated sink unit.

Kitchen:

The light and airy fully fitted kitchen leads out to the outdoor lounge and outdoor dining table and BBQ. It has a ceramic hob and electric oven, built in microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

Living Room:

The lounge has 2 leather sofas, Spanish & English TV & DVD player. There is a telephone with access to unlimited free calls to the UK. Please note that you cannot make calls to any other country. There is free wireless internet connection. The stereo plays compact discs, cassettes and has a karaoke microphone.

All the windows throughout the villa including the back door have mosquito screens.

Outside:

The outdoor space at Villa Kaly is unique. Outside the kitchen is an outside terrace with a roof offering shade with a dining table and chairs for six people, a relaxing sofa with a further 2 chairs, fridge/freezer for storing your favourite beer and wines and a bar area with bar stools ensuring you never have to go far for your favourite tipple. To complete this great space there is a MP3 / radio and CD player.

This area then leads through a gate offering a secure and safe environment for children and then to the private swimming pool and sun terrace for sun bathing on the multiple sun loungers. Here you will also find a toilet, sink and outdoor shower. To the side of the villa there is a double seated swinging chair.

There is a further outside table and chairs by the side of the pool and a barbecue. At the front of the house there is a porch and another dining table and six chairs. At the front of the villa there is double gated access with off-street parking for 2 cars and a passenger gate.

The owners have taken every care to make this villa as comfortable as possible.

The price includes gas, electricity and water, linen & towels. This property requires a security deposit of Euros 300 to be paid in cash on arrival; it is refunded on departure day if there are no breakages, loss of keys, cleaning bills or unpaid utility bills. Balance of payment (all bank charges to be paid by customer) is due at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the property is booked within 6 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due immediately.Read more
