Villa Katalina is a beautiful Villa set in a large mature garden, with palm, olive, lemon orange and almond trees and surrounded by a 7ft wall making it very private. Located just 10 minutes from Chiclana del la frontera in the very Spanish, rural village of pago del humo. The Villa has everything you need for the perfect break as does the village being only a couple of minutes walk from several very Andalucian "venta's" (bar/restaurant) that people still visit on horse back, and a small, sell everything, shop that opens well into the evenings.

Villa Katalina is all on one level.

Outside
The garden is surrounded by a 7ft wall and double gates so it is very private and secure. with parking for 2 cars. Amongst the palm, olive, lemon and almond trees there is a patio and barbecue area. Note: The pool is not fenced, therefore client's should consider the suitability of this property for very young or non-swimming children. Children should be supervised in the pool area at all times, particularly the very young.

Coast/Beach
A 10 min drive from the beautiful beachs at La Barossa, or Sancti Petri (with it's tranquill harbour and water sports).
Conil beach is a 20 min drive, or the Windsurfing/Kite surfing mecca of Tarifa is just 45 min away.

Golf
Golf can be found 10 mins away by car (if you would like more information please contact me).

Special interest holidays
There are number of horse trekking centers near so if you like riding then you can ride through some beautiful countryside, and lots of scope for watersports.

How to get there
Fly to Jerez from Stanstead, which is approximately 40 mins to Chiclana.
Cheap flights can be found at Ryanair.
Seville Airport is approx 1 hour 15 mins away from Chiclana
Gibraltar airport is about 1 hr 30 mins away.
Malaga is about approximately 2 hours away.
For car hire, try economycarhire.com, we have found them to be the cheapest.
(Please note that if you use Crown Car Hire, they have no specific desk, so you might have to hunt around to find them if there is no one).

Distances
Located in the rural village of Pago del Humo on the outskirts of Chiclana del la Frontera, just 20 mins from the historic town of Cadiz and an hour and a half from the beautiful city of Seville. Locally we are just a couple of minutes walk from 6 very Andalucian Vente’s (bar/restaurant) each offering it’s own unique culinary and cultural experience! The village also has it’s own small, sell everything, shop which stays open well into the evening.

Its a great place for windsurfing (Tarifa is only 45 mins away), surfing (some excellent surf at all local beaches, conditions prevailing) golfing, or horse riding through un-spoilt nature reserves, looking at the vast local wildlife or just relaxing with family and friends, having a few beers and a BBQ in the sun.
If you fancy a bit more excitement, then a short taxi ride will take you to a more lively part of La Barossa where there is plenty of nightlife with its bars and discos and abundance of restaurants.

Booking notes
Smokers welcome please do not smoke inside the Villa.
A £40 none refundable deposit pp is required on booking.
A breakage deposit of £150 is required before arrival and will be refunded one week after departure (subject to satisfactory inspection)
Rental can be spread over instalments, but to be paid in full 6 weeks before arrival.
Prices are based on 6 people sharing, guests over this there will be a charge of £30 pp
Prices are calculated on a daily bases NOT per night.
