We stayed in Casa Leticia from 04/23/12 until 04/30/12. The house was really lovely, well decorated. The interior is nice and clean and the terrace and pool beachside was really nice. There wasn't anyone in the area while we were there, so we were very secluded and it was very private. The kitchen was designed well and there were plenty of cooking utensils to use preparing our meals. We tend to eat in a lot so that was great. My only complaint was the water pressure upstairs in the master shower. We showered in the downstair's shower to have more pressure. But, we have had this problem before with homes there, so it wasn't a problem for us. However, the pressure being better upstairs would have been better. We went to Progreso to several restaurants and also to Telchac. The house was convenient to both towns. Being in San Benito, we were away from any tourists. As a matter of fact, there were 2 days where we never saw anyone at all on the beach. I would definitely recommend Casa Leticia to anyone that is looking for privacy and a nice home. When I rent from Progreso Vacation Rentals again I will try to get this house again. I've stayed at several of the others, but this has been my favorite. It was awesome.
