Beautiful house, recently built. Luxury amenities as well as spacious areas and rooms will ensure you a great vacation by the sea.
All bedrooms are upstairs. As you come off the stairs there is a TV lounge area (satellite TV w/ over 150 channels) that directs to all 3 rooms and a back view balcony. 2 of the rooms are beachfront and with balcony, the master with a King size bed, full bath and AC, the second has 2 twins, full bath and AC. The third bedroom has a back view balcony, full bathroom, AC and 2 twin beds.

The House is located in exclusive habitational neighbourhood of Uaymitun, snowbird's favorite spot as it is within easy reach (and public trasnportation) of all services provided in the nearby towns of Progreso and Chicxulub. Far enough from the usual life and hasstle of the towns.
Mayan ruins of Xcambo are just a few minutes away. Merida (golf, shopping, retaurants, bars, etc) is a 40 minute drive from your door.
