Light, bright and spacious vintage contemporary vacation home. Lovely yard and distant waterviews. Access to ocean beach is across a narrow strip of Upper Chilmark pond, about a 3 minute paddle in a canoe provided by homeowner. Mooring rights and deeded parking rights for 2 cars a few steps from the dock on the pond.
