The Donald Lemar Poole House is a three bedroom Cape located in the heart of Chilmark, on Quitsa Pond. This waterfront property has access to Quitsa Pond and is in walking distance of Squibnocket Beach. There is an extensive yard and few neighbors.
The house is a wonderful haven from the hustle and bustle of downtown, and a peaceful place to vacation. This is the perfect location for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, and other watersports - it is also a wonderful place for small children to learn to swim.
