Country ambiance amid privacy, well situated, close to conveniences, at Menemsha and Chilmark Center , and Beaches. Spectacular wide angle sunset water views. Tree house, pool. Not usually available for rental! Great kitchen, screened porch, dining, decks, decks, decks!
This is Chilmark, the way it used to be, only with a pool, cable and internet access added!

Prospect Hill very close to Menemsha Hills Reservation ( walking distance) with lovely trails some of which lead down to Vineyard Sound
This home is close to Menemsha and a short hop to the Center of Chilmark both which have services ( gas, grocery, pizza, sea food take outs... ) all very convenient and close to Chilmark's Sunset Mecca... Menemsha Beach... but this house has boxed seats for the sunset .
Very private with tree house and pool.
