This lovely efficiency condo is located on Marsh Island at 6206 Marsh Island Drive. Enjoy some of the best water views & sunsets on all of Chincoteague! The kitchen is an fully equipped efficiency kitchen with a laundry area (no charge). The master bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen futon sleeper in the living room for extra guests. Take please in the shared pier and waterside picnic area. This home has gorgeous views of the water from the inside and outside of the home.

I rented this property staying with my 13 y.o. daughter for the week. Fortunately, my 2 friends didn't make it as the accomodations were very small. The weather was extremely hot with no breeze or a/c on the porch where they would've slept. (or wouldn't have been able to sleep), Note: I rented through Chincoteague Resort Realty which I wouldn't recommend and would just rent directly through homeowner next time.

Really enjoyed our stay at Lovers Lane, was neat, clean, and suited our purpose very well. We don't stay inside very much other than to shower & sleep and maybe grab a sandwich or snack so this suits us just fine. If you plan on preparing all your meals then it might not work too well for you, small stove, small refrigerator, small sink, etc. Limited cookware and silverware, no spices etc. other than salt & pepper. Bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dish washing liquid, etc. We loved it and will be returning, now that the old bridge is gone, it's like having your own private Island, very few people here in off season.
