Luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront townhome with views you won't believe! This home is located at 7622 East Side Drive. It is tastefully decorated with work of local artisans. All amenities are provided. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and a waterside balcony! The second bedroom has 1 double bed. There is a new 35" flat screen TV and a Lazy Boy leather recliner. Parking and docking restrictions do apply. This townhome has an open floor plan which features a breakfast bar between the kitchen and dining area.

I recently stayed at the stingray with my husband, our two-year-old son, and my mother who came for a few nights. The condo was well outfitted, comfortable and clean. It was tucked away from the major action but very convenient to everything in town and at the park. The kitchen has the basics but if you are planning on doing any cooking with special equipment you will want to bring your own things. We brought our George Foreman indoor grill since the second-story condo didn't allow a true open flame grill and that worked out great for us.
For those who might be traveling with children: This condo had a lot of great (but breakable decorations) but within five minutes of getting there I was able to put things up and out of reach so that it was relatively toddler-proofed. There were no toys/books and just a few children's movies or any beach toys or equipment so definitely bring your own. It is a 2 bedroom but the master has a walk-in-closet which became our son's 'own room.' He loved all of the pony decorations and also watching boats from the deck.
I can't say enough about how beautiful the view off the deck is. The windows perfectly frame the assateague light house. We sat on the deck for meals and after our son was in bed to enjoy the peace and quiet and we even saw ponies across from us on the island once.
Overall this was a lovely place to stay and we hope to return soon!
