This modern 2 bedroom condominium features a master bedroom suite with a private bath and a walkout to a private deck. This rental is located at 7622 East Side Drive, it is unit 107. The second bedroom is off the hallway, with another full bathroom (shower only) on the same hallway. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to cook your catch of the day. Please Note: Only two parking spaces allowed, and no boat trailers or boat dockage are allowed.

Pottstown, PANice waterfront condo with a great view

Assateague Light is a very nice first-floor waterfront condo facing the assateague Channel. The view from the deck is spectacular. When we were looking for vacation rentals on Chincoteague, I knew I wanted a waterfront location, and this fit the bill perfectly.
Our party was 4 adults and 2 children (ages 8 and 4). The condo was spacious enough for us, though it would probably be a bit tight for 6 adults. The master bedroom with a king bed and full bath also had a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a standard closet. Across the hall from the second bedroom is the second full bath (shower only) and the washer and dryer alcove. The kitchen is a good size and well stocked. The living room with a sleeper sofa gets a little tight when the bed is pulled out, but fine when it is a sofa. The private deck is big enough and leads down to the back yard and waterfront dock. We had fun crabbing from the dock. Fishing is also allowed, but renters are not permitted to tie up boats. There is a public boat ramp just down the street though.
We checked in about 3:30 and were able to get the keys even though official check in time is 4:00. The people at the management company office were friendly. The condo has wireless Internet. Though the password was supposed to be in our folder, it wasn't, but a quick call to the office remedied that.
The only serious problem was that the deck stools are rusted out and unusable. I found this out the hard way when I almost fell off one.
Overall it was a very nice place. I wouldn't hesitate to return, though I think the price was a little high. You could probably get a house or bigger condo/townhouse for the same price. We booked only 2 weeks out and there wasn't much available, especially since we wanted waterfront.
