This beautiful estate is nestled on a gorgeous, large, wooded yard on Chincoteague Island. It has just been renovated so now it's ready for you to come and enjoy it!
This spectacular house offers a nice living room, sun room, spacious kitchen, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of those bedrooms are furnished with very plush and comfortable queen sized beds, the third bedroom has two doubles. In addition, the living room has a sofabed and 2 person futon bed. The house sits on a quite, east side part of the island and within short distance away form all the fun Chincoteague offers.It is about 4 minutes away from Memorial Park (walking distance), about 5 minutes away from downtown and about 10-12 minutes away from the National Park and Wildlife Refuge and the beach (driving). The best part is that it is right across the street from the waterfront and the marina where you would have full access.

Very nice,spacious,fully eqipped house with a large yard.Idseal for a family beach vacation. New furniture, comfortable beds,beautiful views. Absolutely fantastic loation! Close to all attraction but at the same time it's very private and quiet. The house and the premises are kept very neatly. It's pretty obvious that the owners are taking a pride of the poperty. If we come back to Chincoteague again we will definately rent this property again. Great stay!

Very nice, elegant, spacious house. We were very happy with our choice. It was perfect for our family. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. The house was very fresh and clean with a lot of space, kitchen was large and fully equipped and the beds were extremly comfortable, I noticed they had expensive, plush mattraces...very nice. The spot where the house is located is very quiet, safe and private. We were not bothered by anybody at all. We liked the fact the house was just a few steps away from the water and the marina where we could hang out, fish, crab and simply enjoy the nature, sand and sun. We definatelly recommend this house to families and we hope to come back ourselves.
