Wanna Be By The Sea is a, Charming Island Cottage, located less than a mile to the Assateague Island Bridge for easy walking and bicycle riding to the Wildlife Refuge .This home is located in the neighborhood closest to the Wildlife Refuge, and is also within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, miniature golf courses, and ice cream parlors. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature on the screen porch, or spend time outside in the spacious yard. If you choose, cool off inside, in the window air conditioning, and take in a movie or two with your family. The kitchen is furnished with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee pot..., toaster, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and utensils. This home sleeps up to 7 people with 2 full, 1 twin (trundle bed) and queen pull out sofa. There is a washer and dryer provided for your convenience. This home is no smoking and no pets allowed. Off Season: September 3 - May 23

Additional fees: 11% tax, $60 cleaning, $20.00 garbage and a refundable $200 security deposit.

Maximum Occupancy of six (7) persons for the house must not be exceeded (2 full, 1 twin (trundle bed) and queen pull out sofa).
No Smoking & No Pets Allowed in home or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach.
50% deposit and Security Deposit is due when reservation is made
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
Please bring you own linens, towels and washcloths

  "Want-to-be-by-the-Sea" was a perfect place for our little vacation to Chincoteague. The two bedrooms were just right for my husbands parents and ourselves. I loved the large screened in porch attached to the kitchen and the large screen TV in the living room to relax by in the evening. It is less than 5 minutes from the assateague Bridge and near restaurants and shops to make a quick stop convenient. It is clean and nicely decorated and we found ourselves feeling very much at home during our stay. We'll be back!
