Beautiful, cozy, fully furnished and clean 3BR house on East side Dr on Chincoteague Island! Excellent location. This house is absolutelly perfect for a nice summer beach vacation or off season getaway. This house sleeps up to 6-8 people, it has two bedroom with queen size beds, the third bedroom has two twins, also living room with double futon bed , fully eqipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It's located across the street from Snug Harbor Marina where you can rent boats, kayaks, conoes or go on guided cruise. To sum up you've got a great, cozy place with an excellent location for the Pony Swim and beach vacation.

This house is located along East side Rd. Close to Memorial Park where the famous annual pony Swim take place, walking distance to Snug Harbor Marina with boats/ kayaks/ canoes rentals and tours, close to waterfront restaurat Etta's, about 10 mins drive to the National Park and Wildlife refuge and the beach. Downtown area with all cute shops, local artists studios and great restaurants is only 5 mins drive.
