An expansive wall of windows provides incredible views of the mountains, meadow, lake and surrounding National Forest. A massive two hearth stone firepla...ce anchors the building and is a focal point of the lodge’s great room. A classic Mission style dining room for 12 with fireplace (ideal for small conferences, board meetings and corporate retreats). Handcrafted cabinetry throughout with old growth cherry hardwood flooring and radiant heat. Amazing full-service kitchen with Sub-Zero refrigeration and Dacor cooking island finished with honed granite countertops and slate tile flooring. 5 nights Sunday-Thursday is $3200. Certain holidays and peak periods require two night minimum.

To confirm a reservation The Mountain Top Inn & Resort requires a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay for non-package reservations at time of booking. Package reservations will be charged 100% of the package rate as the deposit.

  Upon our initial arrival we were in the main lodge and unaware of the construction going on until the following morning, when we woke to the sound of machinery. Coming from NYC this was not the morning greeting we had anticipated, especially this there was no mention of this at the time of booking. I expressed our concerns to the front desk staff and that afternoon we were offered the upgrade to the Jewel. From that point on everything was perfect, for two people the place is a castle. The view is spectacular and the bathroom alone is worth it. All in all our experience staying at the Jewel could not have been better.
