The house overall was magnificent with incredible view from a huge terrace and privacy. Also, it was clean and well equipped with gadgets including chairs for the beach. The host lady was wonderful. Simply all the pros, no cons. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a fabulous vacation at the ChocoCruz villa! The sunset views towards St. Thomas are just lovely & the villa location couldn't be better. The worst part of our trip was having to split our time between the beautiful beaches of St. John & the wonderful pool at the villa. In addition, the owner is easy to work with & was very responsive to questions, requests, etc.

We really enjoyed our vacation in St John and staying at ChocoCruz.
The owners thought of everything. If you forgot something, chances are it's already there. Coolers, Beach Chairs, Pool floats, Towels, movies, music, kids games... check.
The Deck is massive and has multiple sitting areas, including a hammock, and Views are amazing. The Villa is close to town and easy to get to. The pool was really nice, overlooking the ocean. There is a really nice bar next to the pool. And the Villa is very private.
Brian-owner, and Linda-caretaker, could not have been more helpful.
The upper, master bedroom, and the lower bedrooms are separate, need to go outside to access the other... but it worked out just fine. No issues.

My wife and I and our four children (6,7,9,11) spend 12 wonderful nights in ChocoCruz this past January. We needed to adjust our dates because of our mistake in our children's school schedule, and Brian accommodated us with ease. The master bedroom is on the main floor and the kids bedrooms was one floor below just off the pooldeck. We were nervous the first night, but it turned out to be just fine for us. The pool in large, but the deck is huge and has a wonderful wooden bar which seats 4-6, lunch, drinks, radios, books, etc it held everything. Plenty of lounge chairs for reading, sunning or just plain doing nothing. The kitchen was basic, perfect for breakfast and preparing lunch for the beach. There is even more deckspace on this floor and a great table for breakfast or late afternoon snacks to watch the sun set. The house manager, Linda, was great we had arranged for food and provisions prior to our arrival due to our late flight. She met us at the ferry dock and directed us to our car rental, were she had arrnged to pick up our car for us if they had closed prior to us getting there...we made it in time. She directed us to our house and carefully explained everything to us. We had been to St. John before, but she had some suggestions we had not heard about before. If you have children or a group and want a great location, perfect for going to town or the Coral Bay or the beaches, Chco Cruz is the best option...Did I mention I love the pool and large deck. The deck at ChcoCruz is a better spot to watch the sunset than Zozo's. Chad and Elyse

This villa was amazing. It had everything we needed for a peaceful, romantic anniversary getaway. The view was breathtaking and it was so quiet. We felt like we were away from the busy section of the island, but were really just a few minutes up the hill. The beautiful beaches are only a few minutes away also. We rented a jeep for our stay, which I would highly recommend. We don't have any negative comments about Chococruz...we loved it!!!

My wife and I rented Chococruz with 2 other couples with whom we have traveled many times in the past always renting island homes rather than staying in hotels.
Chococurz is one the few villas we would definitely return to. The views from the upper deck were spectacular; the pool was cool and refreshing. We loved the convenience of the Weber gas grill. The villa was equipped with all the amenities one could think of; a full kitchen, many TVs; beach chairs and coolers, and a bar!
The living quarters wer splendid and comfortable.
The villa is close to the Westin, the town of Cruz Bay and some of the best beached in the Caribbean.
We highly recommend Chococruz to anyone who wants to experience the best of villa vacations. -

Thank you for a great vacation! We loved it! We have never stayed in a house with a private pool so it was great to be able to take a dip any time of day.
It's located just minutes from great restaurants and shopping downtown and close to a lot of great beaches.
Stunning views and wide open floor plans, plenty of space for 2 families, full laundry, cable tv, outdoor grill, air conditioning and lots of other great amenities! We traveled with a baby and were happy to find some useful baby-specific items.
We loved ChocoCruz and are already talking about going back next year.
