Hear the sounds of the surf on the rocks below, feel the whisper of the Trade winds and experience the most dramatically beautiful sunsets. The serenity and privacy of Seascape will drain your stresses and cares away.

After spending your day sunbathing on the spacious decks, reading in the shade, or lounging by the private pool it will be difficult to tear yourself away form the sunsets and amazing night sky to leave this retreat. However if you do manage venture out there are many activities, shopping, and restaurants to explore.

  Seascape: all we wanted it to be

  My husband and I and two friends found Seascape the perfect spot for us. Two separate buildings ensured privacy when wanted. For us, all birdwatchers, the mature vegetation and distance from other homes, ensured views of many lovely birds, not to mention the view of the sea. The multiple decks ensured that we could always be outside in either the shade or the sun. The swimming pool was divine - a real pool, not a "dipping" pool. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed for eating in, which we mostly did. Yes, the furniture wasn't bought yesterday, but so what, when compared with everything else. We found both the owner and manager to be very open to answering our questions and providing what we needed (for example, making the king bed into two twins in the smaller cottage). We all hope to return sometime.

  Great View but needs some TLC

  Arrived early afternoon and had trouble contacting the manager, when we did the, rental was not clean or ready.Check-in was disorganized , no information given to us about the home, were things were, or how to operate hot tub,..etc. Ceiling fans did not work and many light bulbs burnt out, we contacted the owners and they did their best to address everything. We enjoyed our stay. Property is a bit dated and need some work.

  The guests did not call and showed up at our home instead of being met at the ferry as arranged and showed up six hours early! The cleaners had not even been there yet. These guests had such a good time they wanted to extend their stay, we could not accommodate them because we had another guest coming in the day they left. Our home is dated, that is part of the charm, we have kept the design as the architect, who is well known in the Caribbean, Cape Cod and California envisioned. While replacing the decks, pool, hot tub and guest bath we kept his original design in mind. To view our home go to www.seascape-stjohn.com and look at the video.
