We rented the whole villa complex for our wedding guests, and could not have been happier with the service we received. Our key point of contact, Francisco, not only made the reservation process completely painless, he was a great source of information - always ready to help with any inquiry or problem we might have, he really helped to put us at ease.
On arrival, the villa manageress, Ong, was a lovely host. Always smiling and ever helpful, even having unexpected guests show up awkwardly long after she had retired for the evening did not worry her.
The rooms were well appointed, with great bathroom facilities. Our guests were very impressed and happy with the level of accommodation.
We also arranged a dinner for 32 adults in the villas, which was catered for and organised by the team seamlessly. Food was lovely, and plentiful.
The only comments we had from our guests was that the size of the pools were not as big as expected - however, this was not a problem for them. Additionally, some of the staff had little understanding of English, so although were extremely helpful and polite, there were some difficulties with communication at times. These were always easily resolved with Ong's assistance however.
A great choice for large groups wanting to stay in private villas, and easily accessible beaches. -

We had a wonderful stay here in July of 2012. Booking with Francisco with a breeze - he was extremely helpful - both before and during our stay. The house is lovely - Ong and her staff are very professional. It is fantastic to have a manager on the premises - and the shuttle service to the beach is awesome! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Choeng Mon.

Been there in 2010 and now in January 2012.
Location is very beneficial - 10 minutes by car / bike and you are on Chaveng, 10 minutes to the other direction and you are on Bo Put.
At the same time, you are leaving in privacy at quiet place out of the noisy places.
Rental of bike or car is a must - gives you an opportunity of a short travels to needed destinations.
Villas them-selves - big enough for 2 or 3 families (2-3 people each), nice bedrooms. Very good lounge area near the pool where we could spend evenings talking to each other, having some snacks and resting.
Services provided - top level. Nice breakfasts, daily cleaning, free Wi-Fi internet.
As for cleaning, personnel was awaiting when we left for the sea side and only than starts cleaning - to not disturb us when we are at villa. When you are leaving a villa, mess inside, when you return everything is cleaned. Every day. Very nice.
Strongly recomend.
Will come again one day for sure.

Three generations of our family stayed together in total comfort. We enjoyed the beautiful setting, pool,convenient location and excellent service and food.
We all had a great stay and would recommend the Villa and plan to return ourselves.
Koh Samui is a special place and is now one of our family favorites. -

We were very pleased indeed with the service provided, both prior to booking in, where a pool fence was provided dueto small children with us, and with the communication prior to our arrival.
Upon arrival we were met in the evening byu the villa manageress who was very helpful, friendly and professional, and we remained very impressed during our week-long stay.
We look forward to spending another holiday there in future! -

The villa is fantastic, it's in a private estate only a 5 minute walk down the hill to the town of Choeng Mon where the beach is beautiful.
The villa is well decorated, with nice bathrooms, bedrooms and living area. The pool area is well secluded and enjoys the sun throughout the day.
The service in the villa is fantastic. The housekeeping girls were very pleasant and the breakfast they made each morning was exceptional. The villa manageress Fone was very good. She was there on our arrival and made sure that we had everything we needed. She arranged car hire for us and the car was there 20 minutes after we enquired about it.
The local town is a 5 minute walk with nice restaurants, good massage spas, beautiful beach and a Seven Eleven which was good. There are taxis everywhere and it's easy to get Chaweng area with good local markets and Bophut Fishermans Village with nice restaurants. A bit more expensive than Choeng Mon but very nice. We hired a car for 15gbp per day which was great because we toured the whole island and visited the different waterfalls and other towns.
The villa is good for a nice quiet location but with easy access to other towns. It has great staff providing excellent serrvice. Comfortable,beds and a nice pool. Nothing negative to say.Response from CEO Paradise Island Estate - 03/29/2011

Everything was great about this villa rental from making the booking to our departure from the villa. We booked directly with Francisco via email and he couldn't have been more helpful. The booking process was very easy and we paid using paypal. Included in the price was private airport transfer (return), daily breakfast, free wifi, daily housekeeping, use of villa mobile phone which was handy for making reservations or calling the villa's manager. The villa manager Fone was fantastic. She met us at the villa on our arrival and I'm glad she did as there was a powercut in the town so there was no water or electricity and we arrived at night after travelling for 28 hours so we were very tired and we couldn't see a thing but the girls had set up candles around the villa and provided torches which was very helpful. Within a couple of hours the electricity came back on. Every morning, the girls came and made us breakfast which was very tasty. We had pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs and ham, crossaints, toast, juice, coffee, basically everything you could want for breakfast whilst on your holiday. Fone (manageress) she would come in the morning to make sure we were OK and if we needed to book any trips, car hire etc. One morning we asked to hire a car and within 30 minutes a jeep was sitting outside the villa for us ready to go. The car hire cost us approx 15gbp per day which was very reasonable and we had a great time driving around the island. The team at the hotel provided an excellent service.
The villa is beautiful and very comfortable. As there were only two of us, the villa felt quite big but we knew that when we had booked it. As the villas are in a private estate, there are no 'strangers' walking past the villa and looking in. We had a pool which was nice and the the pool area was very private. If you like to sunbath the pool area had the sun from around 9am-3pm. If you prefer to go the beach, Choeng Mon beach was a 10 minute walk from the villa and the beach was gorgeous! Walking into the town was easy, walking back up the hill could be tiring sometimes in the heat but was good to work off the food we had eaten! The town is a good size with local restaurants, hotels, massage spas, a Seven Eleven and other mini marts, car hire, tour agents, small shops and a bank. Getting taxis around the island was easy and Bophut was a 10 minute drive and so was Chaweng which are both good in the evening for shopping, local markets and restaurants.
All in all, the villa was great. Nicely decorated and comfortable. A good pool and relaxing pool area. The villa is in a very quiet area as well which was good. Nice views from upstairs bedrooms to the beach. Great service from Fone and the team. Breakfast fab, free wifi was a nice touch and a good location if you are looking for a quieter town with some beach restaurants and bars. If you want nightlife, you would be best to stay in Chaweng but as a young professional couple, we liked the seclusion of the villa and the quiet beach location but we liked the option of hiring the car or taking taxi's into Chaweng and Bophut for the local markets at night. -

This is the first time that we have reviewed any holiday property,but just had to take the opportunity of letting others know what a wonderful home and location we stayed in.
The booking of the villa was really made easy by
the prompt and efficient service provided by both Francisco and Chris,who went out of there way to
meet our requirements and make life easy.
Michelle was waiting for us when we came through the Customs at Koh Samui airport after a long and tiring flight and then she whisked us away within minutes, to what became our paradise for the next 7 days.
The next thing we knew,we were sitting around our own infinity pool with a COLD welcoming drink in our hands,listening too..well nothing really, as it was sooo.. quite and peaceful.
The villa was an absolute delight with it's typical Thai roofed design and it's beautiful and very special Thai furnishings.
The villa is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and it was absolutely amazing to see the Coconuts and Banana's just hanging there in the trees!
With the villas close proximity to the beach,restaurants and by local taxi when ever required to Chawang,we did not feel the need to
hire a car,as it was all there!
For the next 7 days we completey chilled out in this beautiful unspoilt location.
On one of the days Michelle organised an 'in house'
massage for us around the pool and on our last evening she organised a Thai chef to come in a cook us a very special last evening supper.
She was absolutely wonderful and could not do enough for us.
Amazing value for our money!
To say we were sorry to leave when the time can is an understatement,but once again, Michelle in her usual efficient Swiss way, whisked us back to the airport and after much kissing and cuddling,not to
mention a few tears,we departed this beautiful place.
They say never go back,but we will!!!
