The Palisades is a modern, professionally decorated gated townhouse community with sweeping sea views. Situated on a cliff top overlooking the popular surf spot of Freights Bay, The Palisades has its own private beach club facility with a full kitchen, full bathroom, dining tables, lawn chairs located directly on the beach.

Unit 4A offers the best in location within the community being at the front, with views of the ocean from every balcony and window. It is a modern townhouse that features an open plan living/dining room and kitchen, opening on to the patio, where you can enjoy your own private dipping pool.

The kitchen is bri...ght, airy, and well equipped, with amazing views of the ocean from the window. The downstairs bedroom also opens on to the patio where you can savour your morning cup of coffee, sunbathe or relax with a drink. Upstairs, the master bedroom faces to the west and on its small private balcony you have another great spot to relax with a good book, or to watch the sun set. The second upstairs bedroom faces to the south and from its balcony you have a bird's eye view of the surfing action in Freight's Bay.

The three bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms wth showers only; the master bedroom has a king size bed while bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds. The master bedroom also has a TV.

As a guest at The Palisades, you can also enjoy the cliff top, Ocean Front Club House, with amazing ocean views. Facilities at the club house include a small kitchen/bar area, barbecue area, washrooms, semi-private outdoor shower, sundeck and a staircase access to the tidal Freight's Bay Beach.

Housekeeping is provided two days a week.

We highly recommend the Cafe Luna restaurant in Little Arches Hotel, walking distance away. Oistins Fish Market is less than 5 minutes away. Supermarket, shopping, local and fine dining nearby.

The Palisades is a small gated community in Enterprise, Christ Church. It is approx 15 mins from the airport and 5 mins to Oistins and the famous Friday Night Oistins Fish Fry. The powder white sand beach Enterprise Beach, or Miami Beach to the locals, is perfect for swimming and is just a quick walk away. The highly rated Cafe Luna restaurant is also close by. Opposite Palisades, on the cliff edge, is a private Beach Club, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table/chairs, sun loungers and a bathroom. The perfect spot for afternoon cocktails while watching the sun set.
