Leith Court 12, is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on the second floor of the western side of the complex. The open plan kitchen/living area leads on a to a spacious balcony, where you dine alfresco and enjoy the spectacular ocean view. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with the master bedroom having a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. The apartment is non-smoking.

We really loved the location and vibe of Leith Court. At first, we were nervous about the proximity to Hwy 1 and a busy intersection. Then we entered the unit and saw straight through to the back and the beautiful sea. The balcony overlooks the private backyard (with guitar-shaped swimming pool), small beach and the sea. It was an easy walk to great dining, beachfront bars and nightlife. We usually stay in more remote rentals but really loved the ease (supermarket and shops across the street) and available nightlife Perfect for couples or small families. We will absolutely return and I have recommended it to many friends already.
