My husband and I have stayed twice at the Caribbean Breeze condo at Gentle Winds on St. Croix and thoroughly enjoyed both visits. The condo is very comfortable, clean and perfectly located. Two bedrooms, two full baths, complete kitchen, living room and the wonderful screened-in balcony you see in the photo that literally overlooks the ocean and magnificent sunsets. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook at home which we have done many times because once you sit on the balcony watching the sunset, you won't want to leave. We also love that there is a beautiful pool and sandy beach with plenty of beach chairs just steps from the condo. There is even a snack bar on the beach where you can get great burgers, drinks, etc. The condo is very well located on the North Shore, only aprx 15 minutes from Christiansted, grocery stores and restaurants. We highly recommend Caribbean Breeze if you are planning to go to St. Croix.

We had an awesome vacation at carribean breeze! The place looks exactly as the pictures shown. The location of the condo was perfect...right on the water, and in a safe complex. The condo was clean, up to date and well equipped with kitchen utensils. We had plenty of towels, and the washer and dryer is handy if you need it. There were plenty of coolers and snorkel gear for day trips, and the wifi was very easy to access. We loved having coffee on the screened in porch area with an awesome view. The beach was very quiet and relaxing, and the pool was refreshing and very well maintained. We enjoyed games of ping pong in the morning as well! We did an excursion to Buck Island to snorkel, the bio-luminescence night kayaking tour, and rode atvs through the rain forest...all of which were fun! We referenced the guest log in the condo multiple times for ideas on good restaurants, and it never steered us wrong. All of our dinners out were incredible! We would highly recommend Caribbean Breeze, and can't wait to go back!

We'd definitely return to Caribbean Breeze when next we need a place to stay on St Croix. The condo has a great view of the pool, beach and shoreline as well as the hills to the west.
The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything worked as it should.
We really felt right at home and hated to leave.

We have been to St. Croix at least 8 times in 30 years and this is the best place to stay that we have found. The kitchen in particular was nice and large and extremely well stocked with every utensil you might need. We brought our own snorkel gear but the condo has plenty there for you to use. St. Croix has some of the best snorkeling and clearest water that we have seen in the Caribbean. We also enjoyed the shuffle board and ping pong!

Caribbean Breeze is a beautiful condo and is very well kept.It's one of only 2 two bedroom units that are on the second floor, so you keep window open at night.It has everything you'll need and a very well stocked kitchen. There's no way you can not enjoy this home.

Sometimes everything you hear about a place and the pictures you see are not always true, everything was better than what we read and saw, the pictures are great but in real life its even better. The condo was great the views and ocean waves just outside were awesome.
The pool was clean and aqua colored. Don at the shack was great, he will go out of his way to please you. Kent and Dawn made everything easy, provided maps, info about the island and lead us in the right directions for food, rental car, and things to do. We just got back and are looking at booking for next year. -

We went to St. Croix for the first time in December of 2010 after traveling extensively in the Caribbean over the past 20 years. We were blown away. St. Croix is a great balance of enough "civilization” and enough "off the beaten path” to make for a great destination. We were so impressed with St. Croix but even more impressed with Caribbean Breeze at Gentle Winds. This is a great condo on a great beach - which is hard to find. The condo was furnished nicely and had everything you could possibly want or need. There is a great beach bar with delicious homemade food and ice cold drinks. The pool was huge and never crowded -as was the beach.
My wife and I recently saw a House Hunters International where a family was looking for a vacation home in St. Croix. A condo at Gentle Winds was a possibility and the one that they ultimately chose. I could not have agreed with them more - however - I think our unit was nicer than the one they chose! ;>)

Caribbean Breeze is a beautifully appointed and well maintained condo on the beach at Gentle Winds. The kitchen was a perfect size for preparing a quick bite to a big dinner. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, can and bottle cozies and a variety of fun beach stuff. The furnishings were perfect for a beachside condo. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Towels were plentiful as well. The views from the screened porch were nothing short of spectacular during the day and breath-taking in the evening.
There is a great beach bar that serves the best beach food around, not to mention ice cold beer and great tropical drinks. The huge pool was never crowded and perfect after an afternoon at the beach.
Situated in a perfect location that is close to Christiansted and just a short drive to Frederiksted, you won't be disappointed at Caribbean Breeze.

One of the best condo's we have ever stayed at. Swimming in the ocean at midnight, with a full moon and clear warm water, was awesome...we could even see our feet on the sandy bottom! The pool is beautiful with a great snack bar that makes the best hamburgers and great drinks. The condo had nice furnishings and every amenity you can imagine. Will indeed go back to Caribbean Breeze (I-4) for another vacation.

The location was great. The beach was beautiful, relaxing and the local residents were very helpful. Jump Up was fantastic! The condo was well equipped and the screened in porch was our favorite place to spend the evening. We loved Cheeseburger in Paradise but go hungry!

Let me start by saying "WOW!!" This place was amazing!! After 1st staying at Villa Dawn, we decided to stay at Caribbean Breeze this time. The Vreeland’s have always made our booking and reservation process so easy and efficient. No glitches or hidden agendas other than having fun once we arrived!
We loved this condo and its perfect beach front location that this property offers!!
It was hard to decide whether to swim in the beautiful pool or to snorkel in the ocean...so we did both! The property and the actual condo unit is very clean, well maintained, and sports up to date island furnishings. Caribbean Breeze turned out to be much more spacious than we could have even imagined from the pictures.
We watched the waves roll in from our private beach front balcony while cooking great meals and hosting Rum Punch cocktail hours. We loved how relaxing and quiet this property is, and yet your just minuets away from great dining and fabulous shopping. We would highly recommend this vacation rental destination to all! We can't wait to get back to the Islands!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gentle Winds. The home was well kept and had everything we needed--including a well equipped kitchen for cooking some of our own meals! The 2 bedrooms were very accommodating and spacious. We could sit on the balcony and watch the dive boats, walk along the beach or just sit in the chairs and soak up that Caribbean sun and a good book. The location was great and allowed us to see a great deal of the island as we cruised around looking at all the ruins and tourist attractions. Great Vacation!!

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely beachside condo. Although we explored the island, we stayed at the condo most of the time. The beach was literally steps from our door! The grounds were impressive, the pool was huge & the condo itself was comfortable & well-equipped. Everything about your condo was just as you represented it on your website...only better! We were so pleased with our stay, we look foward to bringing our kids for another visit this summer. We will contact you as soon as we get our plans together!
