We ask that guests be mindful of water and electricity usage as these utilities are very expensive on island, we try maintain affordability while covering our costs and poor usage of these essentials drive our costs up and eventually the cost to you our guests.

On average we pay 3 times the rates found on the mainland and elsewhere in the world, water is produced by reverse osmosis which is quite expensive. Be frugal.
