The villa is located on the south shore of St. Croix's East End. The area is very quiet and is primarily high end residential. The Divi Carina Bay Resort & Casino is located on the same stretch of beach as the Villa and is a convenient place to rent water sport equipment, eat at their outdoor brick oven pizza restaurant or play miniature golf. There are many beautiful beaches near the property including Grapetree Beach, Smugglers Cove and the stunning Jack's & Issac's Bays which are located in the Nature Conservancy Park. Point Udall which is the easternmost point of the United States is just a short drive away. There are terrific restaurants nearby including Duggan's Reef, Blue Water Terrace, The Cultured Pelican. The property has private gated parking. It is best to rent a car at the airport which is about 30 minutes from the Villa.

Absolutely amazing vacation! The home is spectacular with awesome views, private pool, and wonderful grounds. We have traveled all over the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, Latin and South america...in addition to almost 30 cruises. This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. Truly able to unplug (although internet access was available) reconnect, and forget about work and daily activities. We drove around the island and explored Christiansted, and also went snorkeling near Buck Island...however, three days we never left the property...just lounged in and around the pool, walked the beach, and enjoyed cocktails (with fresh limes picked from the tree in the yard). Sam and Ted were awesome and had great recommendations for dining out...all we tried were delicious! Definitely would return!

Beautiful views and relaxing time. Great snorkeling with in steps of your home. My husband and I want to thank Sam & Ted for the wonderful hospitality they have shared with their home. We will return.

What a perfect place for our honeymoon! Your house is beautiful! We really had an amazing time here. This island is so great for adventure. We took our Jeep on trails and even went to the tide pools on the north shore of the island! We ate at some of the restaurants you suggested and they were great! Thank you so much for being patient with us when we arrived late because of missing our plane. You are so hospitable and kind. We truly hope to return one day!

Southern breezes is one of life's simple pleasures. My wife and I love this home.
The home has a quaint and glorious architecture with huge Spanish doors greeting you as you walk up to the front entrance.
The floors are tile but have this beautiful wood inlay. 2 private bed room and 2 private baths.
Once inside the view of the ocean swallows your senses and is beyond spectacular. We would just sit and stare out at the sea. At night, we would sleep to the sound of the ocean which is only 30 ft away. I have not sleep this good in a long time.
Sam and Ted, the owners, were so good to us. They are very special people. We would go by their art gallery a couple of times a week just to say hello.
There was plenty to do on the island. Hiking, boating, tanning, eating, swimming, shopping, and on and on... We were never board.
My wife and I will be back. Again, again, and again. See Ya'll soon. -

We had a wonderful time at the relaxing villa. It was such an experience falling asleep and awaking everyday to the sound of the breeze and the waves crashing. We enjoyed the views from the porch morning, afternoon and evening. The villa is close to Isaac's and Jack's Bay. We enjoyed hiking there and relaxing on the beach. Also a drive to Point Udall on a clear night, the stars are breathtaking. We saw several shooting stars. We enjoyed great restaurants...Galangal, Bacchus & Savant. We got carry out several times from Good Spirits. The BBQ was great and we loved having dinner overlooking the water on the porch. It was a wonderful vacation.
