Casa Carlotta lies in a beautiful park-like garden, the pool is fantastic. The house is affectionately restored and in good taste modern furnished.
We were received very cordially and had really wonderful days in this singularly beautiful landscape with excellent beaches and a lot of lovely cities in the environment.The weather was outstanding. -

We received good information and service from the owners. The farmhouse was very well appointed particularly the bathrooms, perhaps the kitchen could have more storage space and preparation area but overall it was excellent. It was very relaxing with the pool and large garden.

The holiday was a great break for a mixed group of freinds. Only 30 minutes from Ancona airport, the villa was very well appointed and equipped. The rooms were clean and a good size and no expense has been spared on fixtures fittings. The kitchen area was comfortable and had a dining table which we only had to use once as all other meals were taken outside on the patio. There is an original outdoor pizza oven which made for an interesting culinary evening.
The local countryside is very attractive and there are a few local bars and restaurants worth visiting early on. A neighbouring vineyard was another popular destination, and nearby towns were close enought for shopping and cultural trips. Within an hour's drive there were beaches, caves and other cultural attractions such as the paper museum in Fabriano. Highly recommended. -

We stayed at casa Carlotta for one week. We were eight in total ie 2 families w 2 teens each. Casa Carlotta is a fantastic house, w nice contemporary furniture and fully equiped and is situated in the enchanting rolling hills of Le Marche. The house is certainly big enough for 8. On top it has a wonderful garden with lots of places to relax, and a great pool. The region is more than worthwhile to explore, with Monte Conero and its lovely beaches at about 40 min. drive. Le Marche was really a discovery for us, very authentic, with the best antipasto ever eaten in Italy. And Casa Carlotta really is the perfect place to stay and relax. We were lucky to have the owners, Charlie and Henry, staying at the first floor when we were there. They are super! We really felt welcome, and they gave us lots of tips, places to go to. But even when they are not there, you will find a 'visitor's book' with lots of valuable information. Charlie and Henry really did everything to make you feel at home. We loved staying at Casa Carlotta, were sorry to be there for one week only and would love to go back!

This farmhouse is well located - very rural but with pretty hillside towns nearby for sightseeing and meals out. House itself very comfortable and well appointed. Nice patio and pool, good for relaxing at home but area good as a base for touring a bit further afield.

my husband and I and our teenage children had a fantastic stay at Casa Carlotta in august 2009. This beautiful renovated farmhouse is spacious, stylish and comfortable and makes a brilliant 'base' to experience the true Italian life style! We travelled around to various locations and restaurants all recommended by the owners and all superb! Can't wait for our return trip this year!

The lovely old house is set in superb rolling hiils and countryside with mountains in the distance that you look towards over the pool in the mornings. Really beautifukly restored (can I take that marble flooring home!) and in easy reach of lots of superb old Italian towns both large and small and the wine maker just up the hillside. Great weather, lovely people excellent location, can't wait to return.
