Corinium Lodge is a New England style holiday lodge set in a spectacular lakeside position at the Cotswold Water Park, south of Cirencester offering self catering accommodation for up to six persons in three well appointed bedrooms. The modern open plan kitchen is designed to support either formal dining or casual meals in the dining area and al fresco outdoor eating on the deck. The spacious lounge has double patio doors that lead out on to the enclosed south facing deck overlooking Isis Lake.

The ground floor is open plan with a modern well equipped kitchen comprising ceramic hob, oven and microwave; fridge; freezer; washing machine... and a dishwasher. Opposite the kitchen and adjacent to the front entrance is a wash room and walk-in shower cubicle. The dining area has an extendible circular table with ample room for six diners. The lounge can comfortably seat six people on a '3,2,1' leather suite with reclining seats; there is a large coffee table with a selection of magazines and a bookcase which houses contemporary, classic and general interest books in addition to a collection of CD, DVD, Blu Ray Discs and Nintendo Wii games. A 47' LCD HD TV is connected to a Blu Ray player and a Nintendo Wii. In addition, there is a Bose iPhone/pod sound system . The lounge leads through panoramic double ‘French’ doors to an enclosed and gated deck area with private access to the outside store where there is a second fridge for drinks or bait.

The first floor comprises three bedrooms and one family bathroom with WC and bath with shower over. The master bedroom sleeps two and has a super king size solid antique brass bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and 17� DVD player with iPhone/iPod connectivity; the second bedroom sleeps two and has a double size bed and wardrobe space. The third bedroom sleeps two also offering a double size bed and hanging robe space. Heating is by electric storage radiators and hot water is provided by an immersion heater with a separate boost facility.

The family bathroom and ground floor WC shower room are provided with individual toiletries. All beds have high quality 500 thread count 'Lynia' Egyptian cotton sheets and covers; Each bedroom has a 'Christy' anti-allergy 10.5 tog duvet and a separate throw/bedspread, perfect for either summer or winter. Towels are designer Egyptian cotton 800gm weight by 'Fenn Wright Manson'.

Corinium Lodge is situated on the southern edge of the Cotswolds, north of Royal Wootton Bassett, west of Saxon Cricklade, east of medieval Malmesbury and south of Cirencester - Roman Britain's second largest town - Corinium. The Lodge is a New England style holiday property set in a spectacular lakeside position at Isis Lake, Cotswold Water Park, which is part of the exclusive Watermark Club. Isis Lake has 24 hr security and access control and the Lodge is quietly sited on the north side of the resort away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist centre, restaurants, spa hotel and outdoor recreation and leisure/gym facilities - and yet these are only a short walk away. The Lodge provides a peaceful and relaxing haven after a day of watersports on nearby Spring and Summer Lakes - only a short distance away.
Local Area: The Cotswold Water Park is 4 miles South of Cirencester, the 'Capital of the Cotswolds', and comprises more than 140 lakes covering an area of 40 sq miles. A wide range of activities are available: sailing; fishing; tow and cable water skiing; golf; horse riding in addition to the numerous walks and cycle paths.
At nearby Keynes Country Park there are picnic, BBQ, beach volleyball, basketball and children’s play areas. There is also boat, windsurfer and cycle hire. A well stocked shop, three pubs and other amenities can be found in nearby South Cerney whilst a spa hotel offers a range of facilities and beauty treatments (charges apply).
Local attractions are many and varied: they range from a Roman museum; a Roman villa; a rare breeds farm; a steam railway and the famous model village at Bourton-on-the-Water is just a half-hour's drive away, The Bath tourist sights and the Swindon, Bristol and Gloucester retail parks are within easy driving distance making for ideal day trips.
The Cotswold Water Park offers many vacation opportunities: a tranquil and peaceful environment for that perfect break. With easy access to major routes it is the perfect centre to explore the Cotswolds and further afield. For the more adventurous there are water sports, cycling and gymnasium facilities close by. Oaksey Golf Club is situated 3 miles west. It has an acclaimed 9 hole course; established for 17 years its par 35 course measures 2901 yards 2653 m for the 9 holes. The 6th is difficult and needs a good drive around the dog leg whereas the par 5 at the 5th requires strength and accuracy. The excellent clubhouse serves food. Wrag Barn Golf Club is a leisurely 30 min drive away and provides outstanding views of the Downs and the Vale of the White Horse. The Gidman designed course is a challenging par 72 and is 6633 yards or 6065m set in 205 acres of Wilshire countryside. A minimum handicap of 18 is recommended. South Cerney golf club is half a mile from the A419 and just 15 minutes from junction 15 of the M4 motorway and just 5 mins by car from the Lodge. It has an 18 hole, par 70, 6,139 yard golf course and, offers a challenge for all abilities – from experienced golfers to those starting out for the first time - it is a challenging, yet rewarding experience. practice facilities include an 8 bay full length driving range which provides ample opportunity to practice or warm up before your round. They have also a practice bunker and putting green available. Members, guests, visitors and golf societies are all assured of a warm and friendly welcome.
The Watermark Club operate its own water ski club at Spring Lake only 5 min. walk from the Lodge.
With easy access to major routes and transport hubs it is perfectly located for exploring the UK and local area.
