Charming independent villa with private swimming-pool situated only a few kilometers away from the nice medieval town of CittĂ della Pieve, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. This small villa is very comfortable and provides a nice furnished outside area with gazebo as well a spacious garden (lawn) with pool.
The house is in quiet and panoramic location with views over Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding area offers an ideal terrain for beautiful walks. The interiors are nicely furnished in a rustic style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
