Ca de Luca is a 200 year old stone-built former farmhouse with private solar heated pool. The accommodation, arranged over 3 floors, sleeps 12 + 2 infants. It is situated 1.5kms up a white road in a clearing on a beautiful wooded hillside with uninterrupted views extending across to the other side of the valley. It is conveniently located for visiting all the key attractions in this beautiful part of Umbria and Tuscany. The location is peaceful with very little if any traffic noise. Ca de Luca is a fantastic holiday location, and would be perfect for people of any age with any group of people, especially with family or friends. All the rooms feel really homely, and the pool and garden are amazing. The outdoor eating area is fantastic for lunch and supper, set under a fabulous roof, it is shielded from the sun in the heat of the day. The local town has everything, with two supermarkets, both with home made meals and specialties, there are fantastic restaurants nearby and some excellent walks around the house. Ca de Luca is a perfect holiday site for any length of time, and we were very sad to leave, but we will definitely go again and recommend to friends.

We were a combination of three families, including grandparent, cousins, friends, including children from 9 - 23 and there was something for everyone. Lots of room for kids to run around in grounds, big pool with lots of chairs/lounges, great outdoor eating morning, noon and night, good kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms in abundance. Ipod dock and books for everyone. We travelled as far as Rome, Perugia, Todi, Spoleto, etc. Highly recommended.

We rented this villa so that the entire family could be together and it was just perfect. Little ones could play in the pool while others went off exploring in the hills or the local towns. The villa had everything that one would expect and is in the most tranquil setting. We will definitely be back - thanks for a wonderful holiday!

Beautiful large Villa with breathtaking views, set in secluded area. The Villa offers accommodation for 2/3 families and has it's own private pool. Ideal for families with young children or teenagers. Village close by for shopping. Also, day trips to Rome, Pisa. Fab restaurants close by both for adults/children.
A getaway from it all holiday - totally relaxing. -

A fantastic week. The villa was very comfy and extremely well equipped (both inside and out). It was the perfect base for an very easy, fun week for the entire family. There was plenty to explore locally but the family was equally happy to stay at the villa - children never out of the pool and grown ups dozing in the sun, reading in the shade or chatting around the wonderful outside dining area. Very relaxing and something for everyone. Thank you!

Lovely Rustic Villa surrounded by quiet unspoilt countryside. Very accessible from main road. Easy shopping lots of places to visit.Alfresco eating in lovely pergola by wonderful salt water pool., wellequiped Kitchen , and nice family sitting room with Dvd's to suit all age's.Painting, and out door games, swimming, a good time had by all.A perfect family holiday.
