A nice, well appointed, clean, quiet townhome in a very practical area of Clearwater Beach. Our November stay had excellent weather and we could really enjoy the rooftop terrace (a really nice feature) and just walk to the beach but 3 - 5 minutes away. We are cyclists so the extra large garage facility was super and easy for us to get out and explore Clearwater Beach, Sand Key, Dunedin and the trails of Clearwater.
Tons of room and very comfortable furniture, beds and good amenities with effectively each bedroom having its own washroom. The kitchen and living area is perfect for socializing after a day at the beach.
Loved it and the owner was quick to respond to all of our correspondance and the unit has a lot of great area information. Close to restaurants and attraction plus easy to get in and out. The pool is really intimate and if you rent a boat there's a dock with the unit. The elevator was very practical for moving our luggage around,Response from Sherri L. - 12/26/2012

Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. This is a very family friendly location.
The condo was clean and had all the supplies we needed . My family was able to drive to Orlando Studios within 2 hours! The board walk was a 5 minute walk. The aquarium where Winter( from Dolphin Tale) lives is about a mile away. What a great time to go down over Thanksgiving break. The elevator was nice for helping with large loads. In the garage was big enough for two cars! -

This was our first visit to Clearwater Beach. Not only was Clearwater Beach one of the best places we've ever visited, but I believe that we stayed at one of the best places in town. This condo has excellent amenities in excellent condition, lots of room, a panaramic view from the large rooftop patio, and a dock right outside the back door. We had so much fun dolphin watching from the balcony! Did I mention the elevator that gives you acces to all levels? From garage to rooftop! The condo is conveniently located, with everything being within walking distance - from bars to restaurants to beaches to shopping to sightseeing - park your car in the garage and forget that you left it there! We will definitely return here, and recommend it to anyone who'd listen. Well done, and thanks for making our vacation special!

Great Holiday Trip!
My family and I rented this townhouse over the Thanksgiving holiday. The weather was fantastic and we spent many evenings enjoying the fabulous view on the rooftop deck. It was a short walk to the beach. We used the wagon to pack up our stuff and 5 minutes later the kids were playing in the sand. Tons of bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Our favorite was Frenchy's. The grouper is awesome! We rented bikes right across the street at Shephard's. The house was really clean and worked out well for 4 adults and 2 children. The kids loved the pool and the mini-golf across the street. Can't wait to come back next year!

This is our third visit to the Moorings on Bayway. We love the spaciousness of the townhome which allows us all to have room to spread out. We also love parking our car in the private garage and walking to the beach or dining venues via the Boardwalk. The townhome is clean and no detail has been overlooked. Thanks for your hospitality!!!

My granddaughters stayed with me. This is our second trip visiting this townhome on Clearwater Beach. No detail has been overlooked. The furnishings and amenities are wonderful. The townhome is centrally located so we could walk to several beach areas, shops and restaurants. It was so nice to have room for us to spread out and relax. The views in all directions were also great!
