Service always excellent and quick to respond. Location excellent and convenient to all you need. Furnishing not bad. Could use blankets to fit beds and suggest bring some linens, towels and kitchen towels as sparse. Great layout with very nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Definitely book again. Cannot wait to go back.

Had a great stay at this condo with our two adult sons. Lots of space for everyone and privacy. The kitchen is huge and made for excellent holiday meal making; it is appointed with high end appliances making all the chefs in our family happy! Would rent again if needed to in the future.

We stayed in Bay Harbor for our wedding week and used it as our hub and then getting ready venue. It was the perfect space! we were able to have our family without getting on each others nerves and handle all of our wedding prep comfortably. The rooms were large and every comfort of home was in the condo. The building was very empty during the week we rented and we also got another unit on the 2nd floor. My only complaint is that when the building manager saw us taking garbage out , he talked to my mom and aunts and found out we were there for a wedding, 20 minutes later he had 3 of our cars towed, on a Monday night (the only time it happened in the 5 days we had been there and we never saw the tow truck prior or after). That seemed pretty sneaky but the parking permit instructions were very clear so we couldn't complain.

We loved this condo from minute we arrived. The location is terrific- near beach. There are stores within walking distance but you need to drive to nearest grocery store (a little over a mile away). We did see dolphins off the balcony (they come around 9am).
My 7 year old son loved the jacuzzi tub and asked to be washed every day. The two teenagers were thrilled to have their own bedroom and bathroom.
The elevator broke down during our stay which was unfortunate as our daughter's friend had knee brace on and had to climb 5 flights of stairs. It was repaired within a day.
Even having to leave 2 days early due to Hurricane Isaac couldn't put much of a damper on our great vacation.
We started planning our next trip as we traveled home from this one and hope to go back someday.

This was such a great condo location- just blocks away from the beach strip and restaurants/bars, but nestled away from all the hustle and bustle. The condo is in mint condition with all the comforts of home. The view of the harbor is exactly like it looks like in the picture - the balconies are a great place to relax and chill after an active day. We were able to walk almost everywhere for our activities - beach, biking, eating/drinking, souvenir shopping etc, except for grocery shopping (which is only a ~5 min drive to the publix). The management is one of the most responsive I have seen - prompt responses to emails and phone calls averted any confusion and made booking and check-out simple. This was truly the best beach vacation we have every had - so much to do, so little time to do it and a fabulous place to stay at will bring us back again!

We stayed at this unit for a week and it will always be a prominent memory for us. The unit is bigger than it seems online, clean and has a great view of the bay. We actually saw dolphins on a few occasions from the balcony and the neighbors were pretty friendly in the building. The pool was easy to get to and a perfect size. We only wish it was closer to beach access that was a little bit tough having to pack the van up daily and pay $5 to park at the beach. Try out the neighboring beaches though (Sand Key, Caladesi Island & Honeymoon Island) we actually found things we liked about them all. Ride the trolley to save gas and to get a full tour of Clearwater Beach. This unit also had a beach umbrella, chairs and even some towels which were awesome. Would love to stay again another year (We got engaged on the beach during the trip so of course I'll remember it forever!!!) The management team is very professional and responsive to any concerns. I'd definitely recommend.
