What a wounderfull place for beach lovers and collectors. We were staying 2 weeks for x-Mas and new year and feel great at this place. Everything was clean, nice and on the right place (except the warm temperatures...). Carrie and Jack did a friendly and warm welcome (including the champagne for new year !). It's always difficult booking accommodation online as the photos and descriptions do not always reflect what it is really like. We looked at countless condos and read many conflicting reviews of different places that left us more confused and uncertain than beforehand. However when we looked at this condo we had a good feel about it and we liked the warm responses we got to our enquiries from the owners. It ticked many of our boxes in terms of size and space, proximity to the sea, but also to other facilities and access to a swimming pool. We went ahead and booked and it turned out to be everything we could have wished for.
For a start the owners, Carrie and Jack, could not have been more helpful and did everything possible to facilitate us. When we arrived here everything was just perfect. The condo was spotless, tastefully decorated and with everything we could possibly imagine needing in place. To top it all Carrie & Jack left detailed instructions and information on everything from how to use the washing machine to diectiobs to the nearest supermarket. It is this care and attention that makes you feel so welcome and so much at home.
Best feature of this property is as the name suggests it's serenity and location on the beach while just a short walk away from the busy resort of Clearwater Beach. It offers the best of both worlds. Even without a car you can easily get around thanks to the frequent and very good value "Jolley Trolley" and other buses. Convenience stores and other shops are 100 metres up the road and there is an excellent restaurant, The Columbia, is this small complex so really everything you need is at your fingertips.
We really can't think of anything negative to say about this condo or our stay here. Our hosts clearly went to a lot of thought and trouble to provide everything you could want or need for your stay. We're delighted to have found this gem and cannot recommend it strongly enough. Marie & Fran, Dublin, Ireland.
