This unit is perfect for a medium sized family. BRAND NEW appliances and furniture welcome you in the perfect tones to melt away your thoughts of anything other than sea breezes and sun tans. 501 is a corner unit which brings light in from every direction accompanied by tranquil water views on all sides to remind you of the luxury of Dockside living. With all tropical touches and accents, there is always something to remind you that the simplicity of the beach lifestyle is only 5 minutes walking.

The new owners have recently installed all new furnishings.

In the living room, enjoy beautiful white leather couch...es, a 60 inch flat screen television, and a leather sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. Central heat and cool air throughout keep you comfortable.

The dining room has a classy dark wood table with space for the whole family; seating for 8, plus 3 stools at the breakfast bar.

The brand new Samsung stainless steel appliances are all top of the line. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go. The rich granite counter tops highlight the beautiful kitchen equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. A built-in microwave and full sized side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water dispenser are included in this newly remodeled unit. Full sized, stacked washer and dryer are just off the kitchen.

From the front door you step out onto the entry walkway and enjoy the view of the intra-coastal waterway all the way to the Memorial Causeway Bridge and downtown Clearwater. This is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or a good book in the afternoon as the dolphins play and the boats pass in the warm bay waters.

2 Bedrooms:

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, 24" flat screen TV and a private balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and Sand Key Beach.

The Second bedroom has 2 full size beds, and a 32" flat screen TV.

From both bedrooms you have a view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Dockside Condos are located in the heart of the South Clearwater Beach area. The building is a short two block walk to the soft, white sands of Clearwater Beach. Restaurants, shopping, mini-golf, boat rentals, boat tours, the Clearwater Marina and all necessities start at a one block walk from the condo. Less than 15 minutes walking will bring you to the heart of Clearwater Beach, called Pier 60, where there are daily Sunset Celebrations with live entertainment, vendors and lots of other activities.

Internet access in the lobby on the second floor. On-site pool accessible by Dockside tenants and Clearwater Beach Hotel tenants only. Dock Slips available.

  The Dockside is a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, new appliances including washer and dryer in the unit. The views of the inland waters while preparing dinner or the ocean views from our corner balcony of the ocean were absolutely amazing. Watched dolphins from our front deck. Having the two bathrooms was a plus when the kids were here we could all get ready without having to wait for each other. Walking distance to Clearwater beach or the Pool if we wanted more privacy. Everything was within walking distance didn't have to pay or drive around looking for parking!
