The Orange Blossom, 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation rental is part of a 7 cottage resort located on the quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel By The Sea Church on Clearwater Beach.
These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden setting with palm trees, 2 heated pools, all very peaceful and private. We are 2 block 2 minute walk to the beach.
Unlike most residential homes we are very close to the shops, and restaurants, such as Frenchy's and the Palm Pavilion, listen to live music while watching the sunset, you will not have to worry about driving or parking your car, just leave it in our parking lot. Pier 60 is also...Read more

This was our first time staying at this location and we loved it! It was in a perfect location. We could walk to the beach, go shopping, go eat at many restaurant's, and just so much more. My wife and I have been coming to Clearwater Beach every year since 2006. We call it our home away from home. The people are so nice and they make you feel welcome. We hope we can stay there again next year for our next vacation. Thank you so much.

Orange Blossom was beautiful and clean,Teresa and Max were there every day to make sure things were going well they really take pride in there place. Everything you need for a vacation is there. We technically stayed at Coconut Cabana which is one of 7 Cottages belong to Cyprus avenue Beach Rentals on Cyprus avenue in Clearwater Beach. Our cottage had the same floor plan as Orange Blossom. Liked the patio out back where we had breakfast a couple of mornings. The heated pools really are heated. Great after a long day. The place smelled clean and was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Close to the beach and restaurants yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Would have liked a bit more counter space in the kitchen for prepping food, drying dishes etc and the WiFi was very spotty. Supposedly there's better reception near the pool but one doesn't want to go out at 10pm to use the WiFi. if you rely on an internet connection, you might be frustrated by the recurrent lack of signal on the secure and non-secure networks.. Streaming movies was frequently impossible. However, Teresa and Max were very helpful and great hosts.

My husband & I went to Clearwater to visit some friends that live there. We wanted to stay somewhere close to the restaurants and beach but a little off the "beaten paty". The Cyprus avenue cottages were perfect. They were clean, quiet and very convenient. We will defintely stay there again when we return.

The service was fantastic! Teresa and Max were superb hosts and helped us immediately with any questions or any difficulties we encountered. They came every day to see that the pools were clean and to take care of any routine repair or maintenance that was required at the complex. Our unit was super clean, bright, cheerful and stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. We could walk anywhere in Clearwater Beach that we wanted to go, and did, sometimes several times a day. We were just steps away from the library, one of the parks, shopping, restaurants, and the Pier was just a short trip up the street. Not having to drive the car every time we wanted to go out was the best part of all to us. No fighting traffic, no parking hassles, and much healthier for us and the environment, too. You couldn't ask for a better location. We were able to reserve the car just for day trips and that added to our ability to relax and enjoy ourselves. I hope we are fortunate enough to be able to stay with the Radfords again when we return to Clearwater Beach.

This was our third year staying in the Orange Blossom. Everything you need is provided for you. Owners are very attentive and thoughtful. My son left his basketball at home and after mentioning this to Teresa, she dropped an extra one off for him to use. If you are looking for a fabulous vacation to relax and soak up sunshine and sand I would highly recommend. It is reasonably priced and just a real gem!

I'm very happy to write such a glowing review of Cyprus ave. Cottages. Prior to booking, I did quite a bit of research and combed the reviews of several rentals in the Clearwater Beach area. I liked the idea of this "cottage" option as it has kitchen, 2 bedrooms, nice living area--the reviews I read were very good. I booked the Lazy Lemon Cottage for my husband and 3 year old for 7 days.
What a find! The pictures don't do this adorable cottage justice. The proprietors keep these cottages immaculate and have thought of everything one would need for a perfect beach vacations. extra towels, beach chairs, completely stocked kitchen (not food, but cooking utensils), a very comfortable livingroom with cable, books, Dvds,. The Lazy Lemon has central aC. There are two pools surrounded by lovely gardens. It's perfect for families or couples. We noticed that the familes with children congregated to one pool and couples without children congregated to the other pool--everyone was happy! I would consider coming here with my girlfriends. I would give this a 5 out of 5--it completely exceeded my high expectations. The wi fi was slightly spotty, but that was just one day. -

This is a really lovely place to stay if you are thinking of visiting the Clearwater Beach area. It is very near the beach and everything else that Clearwater has to offer. We would highly recomend the cottages to all types of visitors, weather its beaches you want, bars/restaurants, shopping or just chilling by the pool. It really has it all here!! The owners Max and Teresa were very friendly and helpful. They work very hard to keep the cottages well maintained, clean and an enjoyable place for there visitors to stay. You will see this the minute you walk into your cottage on arrival.

This is one of the best trip i have had with my family, perfect location and just a walk to whatever you want to do. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids or if you just want to get away. Our holiday at the lazy lemon cottage meet all our needs and more! The cottage is situated just a minute from the beautiful Clearwater beach and Pier 60 with some lovely restuarants and shops closeby. Although the area is lively and pleasant, immediately around the cottage is quiet and reisential which allows for a restful nights sleep and relaxing pool time! We have travelled self-catering throughout europe and found that the cottage is exceptionally well equipped in comparison to our other experiences, it had all the amenities of home! It is very comfortable and clean and Teresa is at hand close by if anything is required. The area has lots of lovely restuarants and loads to do, even my teenagers weren't bored! I would like to thank Teresa for her help and hospitality to make this a very enjoyable holiday, I would have no hesitation in recommending the cottage and hope to return in the future! We had an awesome time here. The location is 2 min from the beach; the accommodation is clean and comfortable with a great pool/BBQ area at the back in a tropical garden. Max and Teresa made us feel welcome on arrival and were always happy to give resto suggestions and the like. I would come back here in a heartbeat, our 4 weeks here was one of our best vacations ever!

Let me clarify that I stayed at the Coconut Cabana. It was just about 2 1/2 weeks before I was to come down on October the 12th and leave the 18th, so I happened upon the Cyprus avenue Beach Rentals on the site and found great reviews.
I sent an email and within 5 minutes I got a reply & phone call! That's customer service! Teresa and her husband own this awesome property.
Now because I was coming alone and it was last minute, Teresa was so gracious and gave me a discount. This is not the norm!!
I confirmed w/Teresa of my arrival she said I will just leave the keys under the mat. This place was clean, and had everything that you would need for the whole week including new appliances! She even had all the ice trays filled and frozen!
She had a ton of towels, pillows, and blankets - more than any family would need! The bath room was super clean & had plenty of hand towels, washcloths &also; a blow dryer.
This place was quiet when you needed it to be & so private! There are 2 in-ground kidney shaped pools in the back and they had a gas grill. It has a w/d in the back & it's free
You can park your car out in front of your cottage. You can also take the Jolley Trolley all over Clearwater Beach (see my tips for information).
I had Teresa put together my stay for next year before I even left this year! It was no problem & bc I rebooked she was kind enough to give me a discount! On the day that I left, I got to give Teresa a big hug and thanked her so much for her hospitality!

We stayed in Orange Blossom cottage. The location is great, within short walk of Clearwater Beach and Pier 60.
The property is well maintained and clean (I am the picky one). Bed is comfortable; linen is nice and looks new. There were more then enough towels for 2 of us for a week without doing any laundry. There are washer and dryer available.
The owners are very nice and helpful.
We like our stay very much and would like to come back.

We arrived late in the evening, but everything was prepared well for us! We were welcomed the next day by Teresa and had a great time at Cyprus Avenue. She explained us everything and was always very helpful. The Cottages are very comfortable and in good shape. It was a very quite place and there are many things to do and see around Clearwater Beach. We loved it so much that we will come back in 2010!

We've stayed at Lazy Lemon two years now after having stayed at two other units within the Cyprus Avenue Beach Rentals property and have been quite satisfied. It is a perfect location, close to the beach, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and privacy. It's within walking distance to just about anything we would want on the Island.
Teresa and Max, the property's owners and managers, are wonderful to work with. They are generally around the property just about every day, and when they are not, they are nearby and responsive if anything is needed. We enjoy working with them on our stay.
The home is comfortable and spacious. It includes almost all the amenities we could need. As we do eat in for many of our meals we would like a better range, but can manage with what is included as there is ready access to a gas grill on property. Also, we feel the unit could use more areas to hang and dry our towels. Neither of these are deal-breaking issues as we have already booked the Lazy Lemon for a two-week stay later in the year.
