We normally stay in high end resorts, but choose this condo because the price of beach front resorts in Clearwater were ridiculous. I'm glad we did. The condo was as expected. Middle of the road furnishings, bedding, towels...etc. Not plush, but acceptable. Walkable to everything in Clearwater. We were disappointed when we arrived that the condo wasn't as clean as we like. I had to sweep the floor and wash the countertops...still covered with dust and crumbs from who used it last...first impression wasn't great.

I am very sorry you found this unit unclean upon arrival. The condo you actually stayed in was 305 and this condo is unit 602. Regardless, I will notify the owner and let them know they will need to improve their cleaning standards. We had such a terrific time in Clearwater and staying at this beach rental that we are considering returning to the area again and staying in the same condo. Highly recommended.

Harbor View Grande is a beautiful complex across the street from the beach and within walking distance to great nightlife. Although the purpose of our trip was to watch the Red Sox play the Rays, we decided to stay on Clearwater Beach, and were very pleased with our decision after our wondeful experience at Harbor View Grande.

The unit we stayed in was lovely, well equipped, and had a great view of the bay, complete with dolphins. Including outside furniture, there was seating for 30 in our unit!!! They do have individual owners, we had unit #705.
It is not on the beach, so there is a walk to the wide beach. If you are one family with one car staying, you have a covered parking space, saltwater pool, etc.
If you plan to have more than one car or have visitors, then parking is an issue. Also, they have a game room (card tables and pool table), but the "guardian" came and lectured my sister and I (we are 50ish) when we went to look it over. He also likes to go around and lecture about possible noise, parking, etc.
Overall, we would stay there again in a heartbeat!! -

This was a very high scale condo - beautiful furnishings and elegant. Lovely view from large patio. We were delighted with the property. While across the street from the beach, it's only a short walk down the street to the most beautiful part of the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We, unfortunately, booked during Spring Break and the noise from the street in the front bedrooms was pretty loud, as well from other condos near by. I would absolutely rent this beautiful condo again, but not during Spring Break (but that was our fault)!
