This 3 Bedroom(Sleeps 7) 1920's Classic Beach Cottage is one of 10 Beach Cottages available for rent from the Clearwatercottages.com group. The Tommy Bahama Island House features all Tommy Bahama Island furniture, large LCD TV in each bedroom, Posturpedic Mattresses ,feather pillows,and other quality amenities you will enjoy. Just relax on the wood porch and you see the Gulf of Mexico, you can keep your door open and feel the breeze at night. Features full modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, original hardwood floors, and Stereo, Wifi,direct computer hook-up, DVD, and conveniences of today. The large modern kitchen features... stainless steel glass top stove, stainless steel refrigerator, and wood cabinetry. Other cottages available are one and two bedroom all forth or fifth house from the sand. Beach chairs,lounge chairs, fishing poles, umbrellas and towels provided. Friendly property manager Capt. Al offers boat trips to Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island,in Summer (tips for gas appreciated) Weather, water chop and attitude considered . Families have enjoyed Beach Cottage Rentals for almost 100 years, its time for you to bring your family and have a true florida beach vacation. When you stay with us we don't just give you key or key code and instructions, we turn on the air conditioners and lights, meet with you, provide the proper linens and bedding for your party, and our superfriendly staff helps you to have the best beach vacation possible. Our cleaning and linen fee of $79 provides you with clean fresh sheets and blankets on your beds, fresh towels, paper good and an d cleaned cottage upon arrive. All kitchens have microwave, coffee maker and filters, full size refrigorator, stove and blender, pots and pans. The Tommy Bahama Island House has a stainless steel, glass top stove. These cottages are almost 100 years old and not like a new condo with everything perfect. The Tommy Bahama Cottages is a fun, artsy, cool, hip, professionally decorated old beach house with slightly crooked floors, low ceilings, converted porch rooms . IT IS NOT A NEW HOUSE. It is remodeled with high end furniture and appliances and designer decorated. Well Heeled travelers who like upscale resorts and new condos should choose to stay there as we cannot meet the expectations of fussy guests. You would choose this house for its proximity to the beach and Pier 60, and it's great value, less than half the price of the condos next door.. The Cottages are located between the most luxurious vacation rentals in Clearwater , Villas of Clearwater and Surfside Condos, where fussy vacationers should stay,

Pool Information. : There is no pool at this Beach House. We provide Free pool passes 10 maximum for out Guests who reserve for one week. The biggest and best pool on the Beach is just across the street 2.5 blocks walk, featuring heated Olympic size Adult Pool (250 feet x 325 feet) and Heated Kiddy Pool with slides, fountains, rock climbing. air conditioned excercise facilities overlooking the waterways, Life Guards and Counselors on site. This is a state of the art Sports Recreation Facility and way better than most small hotel pools. We suggest you walk as they charge for parking, and it is very close.

Hot Tub: Sundancer Supersized 75 jet hot tub located in backyard of ClearwaterCottages is an option for guests at the Tommy Bahama House

One week rental $95 for all your guests, less than one week $49, daily rate if not reserved at time of booking $25, 3 hours daily use, 3 groups per week may rent. Children and intoxicated person not permitted. Restrictions may apply. Reserve early. Closed at night and covered.Read more

300 steps from Gulf of Mexico. 6 blocks north of Pier 60 and Hilton Hotel. 3 blocks walk to Frenchy's Rockaway Grill and Palm Pavillion. 15 miles west of Tampa International Airport. Just drive west on Courtney Cambell Causeway until you get to the beach, make right at roundabout , go 6 blocks north, you will see the Beach Cottages on the left. Free parking at 28 Glendale in front of the Dolphin and Gulfside Cottage.
The Property Manager also takes reservation for several other Beach Front homes, condos and hotels, and other Cottages in Clearwater Beach. Please email for availability as we are sure to find you a great place to stay in Clearwater Beach.

Holidays $1595 week, some weeks $1795 Daily holiday rates are $229-249 per night
Minimum stay during March is 1 night, but can only accept one nights last minute, usually 4 nights March .
Summer season April-Sept $1395 week, $229 per night Standard Occupany is 7 Guests Low season September - January $1195 week, $179 per night. We do not update calender daily and have 10 cottage rentals so please call for availability. Prices do not include cleaning and linen fee $79 or tax 12%. Some cottages pet friendly add $59 pet sanitation fee. Free parking included. Boat or RV . Children and pets love the Cottages. parking and trailer parking is free. Holiday Rates are slightly higher. (usually same as Peak Season $1695 -$1795 week. Manage may raise rates at anytime but not once you make a reservation deposit. . These rates superceed any other website rates, promotions, walk in specials. .Check in dates are flexible , although all condos are Saturday to Saturday, you can check in any day of the week. Early check in and late check out is at no extra charge when available, usually not in peak season. Clearwater Cottages offers one, two and three bedroom real beach cottages. as well as fun beach apartments just steps from the beach.

  At first view from outside the property looks very run down,that was the opinion of most family members but I thought it looked exactly as it should!These cottages are about 120 year old..
  
  When you walk inside though it was very different and all the family loved it.
  Beautiful furniture,well kept,clean,and the coldest air conditioning I've ever known..Well equipped with plenty of bedding,cutlery,crockery,tvs,music centre etc.
  The main bedroom is curtained off,no walls!
  Large dining table.Couple of rocking chairs as well as two sofas.
  Small seating area outside on front and back of property.
  Wooden floors throughout.
  
  The beach is only a stones throw away.Get your towels and ice box and go...
  
  We were a family of 6,ages ranging from 10 to 85 so the only downside was the Shipwreck nightclub across the road booming base out till 3am but saying that, funnily enough when everyone did get to sleep,they said it was the best sleep they had had for months!!I'm still trying to work that out!
  I wouldn't let the nightclub put us off staying here in the future.We all felt perfectly safe.
  
  This is a place for totally chilled out people that want a great beach holiday in a cosy comfy cottage.
  
  You can park directly outside the property but beach goers do fill the spaces and come and go so if its not evening time and you've managed to get a spot,its probably best to manage without the car to keep it.Don't park on the corner!,we thought it was a parking bay and got a $25 fine.
