This 2 bedroom 2 bath Condominium was remodeled in January of 2012! It has new granite counter-tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new lighting, new stainless steel appliances, new furniture, flat screen TV's, new shower and tub, repainted walls along with many other upgrades. This is one of the few condos on Clearwater Beach that allows weekly rentals. There is a heated pool, however the powdery white sands of Clearwater Beach are just on the other side of the building so you are only steps away from one of the best beaches in all of Florida. This is a unit on the second floor and it has its own private covered parking space. It can sleep up... to 6 adults and faces east towards the Intracoastal Waterway so you can step out enjoy coffee and breakfast with the beautiful sunrise each morning from your private balcony. We are located 5 blocks north of Pier 60 where most evenings at sunset you will find street performers, dancers, arts and crafts, outdoor movies on the lawn and even live concerts. Three blocks walk would take you to Frenchy’s Waterfront Restaurant, 2 blocks walk on the beach would take you to Palm Pavillion Water Front Entertainment Complex and Restaurant, the most famous Sunset Tiki Bar in North Beach. Across the street 2 blocks down has play ground for children that is free with a BBQ grill and BOCCI court , rock climbing. Other facilities include boat ramp, library, basketball and tennis court, which are a three-block walk. There is Angelo’s Pizza only one block away. The Jolley Trolly outside the cottages would give you a ride to anywhere for a $1.75.   Dont hesitate booking here, its was spotlessly clean, had every amenity you could possible want right down to beach chairs, and the washing machine was a godsend! two minutes from the beach, you could even nip back for cold drinks. A short walk (5 mins) to the shops and bars and Pier 60 (10 Mins walk) It was very quiet and peaceful the whole week we were there and most of the time I had the pool to myself!
  My only advice would be dont arrive on a weekend because the traffic is awful.
