Communication with the owners was superb. Check in and out was a breeze (owner need not be present). The house is as described and more. House is very nice to say the least. Location can't be better. It was a week to remember forever. Our kids loved it, as did we. There was something for everyone. I highly recommend it!! The fact that there was hardly anyone at the beach at this time of the year was especially enjoyable. Total relaxation!! Big thanks to the owners.

We have been coming to Clearwater Beach For the better part of two decades and at the very least, we come twice per year. This home was by far our favorite! Location is perfect, quiet to the point where you feel like you have your own private beach but, yet so close to all of the action that Clearwater Beach has to offer. The home was in a word spectacular! Carol was great to deal with, everthing was simple and easy and the communication was also ideal. I can't say enough about our overall experience, I would/will recommend this place to everyone and I will certainly be back!!! Thanks Casa Blue...We miss you!!! We will see you soon!

This was truly a wonderful experience that we will cherish forever. With the house being right on the beach, it was so convenient to launch the kayaks for fishing at any time and getting set up on the beach for the ladies in our group every day was a breeze. Away from the crowds, but close enough to walk to the pier if desired. Since we were traveling with 2 grandmas, a bedroom on the first floor would have been nice for them, but they managed and had a great time as well. The neighbors were very helpful too with fishing tips and restaurant suggestions. No glitches with check-in or check-out. If we can afford it again, we will be back.
