I recently rented the whole house (Forever Sunshine Upper and Lower) for my beach wedding. We had 14 people staying. The house was spacious enough and accommodating for all of us. The decor was very 'beachy", colorful and fun and the house was spotless. Minus food and personal hygiene products, this house had it all! The kitchens were filled with any utensil you would need (plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, you name it, they had it) and there were plenty of towels for all of us. There is also lots of closet space, tv's in every bedroom and strong wi-fi service available.
I personally stayed in the king bedroom in the upper unit. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, there was a private full bathroom and a nice flat screen tv.
This house is located roughly 80 steps to the beautiful white sand of Clearwater Beach and the house provides plenty of beach gear (towels, toys, beach chairs, etc). It is a short walk to many great restaurants and shopping but it is set just far enough away that it is quiet and private.
As I mentioned, I was married on the beach a few steps away from the house. We had our reception right in the yard. It was perfect for the small affair (35 people). There was plenty of room for tables, chairs, and entertainment. This house truely provided a perfect setting for my special day.
I highly recommend this location for a family vacation, romantic getaway or a fun weekend with friends. It not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I cannot wait to go back for our anniversary! -

Great vacation spot, I would go definitely go back. I was here for a family wedding, we had the ceremony right on the beach, and the reception for about 40 people right at the beach house. There were 14 of use staying at the house, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Both units had a kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, pullout couches in the living room and tons of other things you might need. I have never stayed at a better place on any vacation.

My Husband and I stayed here last winter. The home has that "old FL" charm and is in a very convenient location. Close to everything in Clearwater Beach and just steps to the beach! We would definitely recommend it!!!

The foreversunshine was a great place for our short family vacation. I loved the cleanliness and the location. It was just perfect! We grilled one time. And we were able to walk to restaurants and shops after that. Plus, we were able to walk to the beach, a little bit of pavement and then the soft white sand. It was just beautiful. The beach house had almost everything. The kitchen was lovely and clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The only one thing that I missed was the washer and dryer. It would have been great to have them. I will definitely stay there again. And I recommend it to family and friends.

We have stayed at this property each spring 8 of the last 9 years. The location is great! In fact, it is the main reason we continue to go back to this place. It has not been sufficiently clean the last couple of years when we arrived. The bathrooms in particular need to be cleaner. Some cosmetic updates and interior painting are also needed. It also would be ver nice to have an oven in the kitchen.

The house is very cozy and is steps away from the the beach! House is very clean when we arrived. Restaurants are just walking distance from the place ( if you don't cook). When we had an issue Patty was very accessible and quick to set it right! Just make sure to carpool if you have friends/ family coming along as parking is limited.

Members of our family met here for a short three day vacation. It was a very short walk to the beach which is beautiful, the accomodations were perfect and very comfortable, and the walk into town for shopping and restaurants was very pleasant. We had a really wonderful time and plan to do it again next year!
