Sunshine Cottage is the perfect house for a family vacation. It sits on a corner lot and just one block from the quiet and private part of Clearwater Beach. North Beach is clean, uncluttered and non-commercial. No worries about bullies kicking sand in your face, volleyball players or wall to wall sunbathers. Just tote over your lunch and a lawn chair and sit with your feet in the surf. The kids love the shelling, white sand and splashing fun. The parents love the ease of watching the kids tend the beauty of the natural dunes. A fun pool and plenty of TV games wait back at Sunshine Cottage.
