Description

Here is your chance to stay in a large, 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the water. This building was built in 2005. The units feature tall ceilings and a full width balcony that looks North out over the intra-coastal waterway. You have the use of an assigned parking space under the building.

Inside you will find granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Tile flooring is in the kitchen and bathrooms and New carpet done in 2012, is in the dining/living area and bedrooms. Pack N Play Available to guest as well

In the living room you have comfy seating for the whole family on the new couch and a new flat screen tv. There are TVS in each bedroom, but no Cable in the 2 guest bedroom

The location puts you in the southern end of the island with easy access south towards Sand Key and the barrier islands leading all the way to Pass-a-Grill. In addition, you are a short three block walk to the white sands of Clearwater Beach and about a 20 minute walk to Pier 60 and the Clearwater Marina. Book lunch or dinner cruise or go out to watch the dolphins.

As soon as you hit the sand you can rent a couple of chairs and an umbrella for around $20 a day, or stop by the Walgreens just a block away and pick up beach chairs if there aren’t enough at the unit. In the immediate area are all kinds of restaurants and shopping for the beach.

This unit is one of the best values for the money when you are looking for a 3 bedroom unit. Give us a call if you have any questions or if we can assist you in booking your vacation at this property!

Prime locations such as beaches have this problem all throughout the U.S. We're sorry it was an inconvenience. We have notified the association at Island Key regarding the hot tub. Thank you for letting us know. We understand the check out time concerns. We do a lot of business at our beaches and our check out times reflect the amount of work needed to keep our rentals up to standards with cleaning and preparation. We are happy to hear you had a fun vacation experience. Clearwater Beach is a fantastic vacation destination. We hope to see you again next year!
